I checked in and faced the worst and terrible experiences ever.
1. Customer service is horrible.
2. No tooth brush and paste in bathroom
3. Water is not at hot.
4. No shaving kit.
5. Rooms are not prepared before checkin
6. Manager locks the house keeping rooms and none has any access.
7. Dumb people working around.

Nice food… we enjoyed it so much.

Great view, Good sanity good management but very noisy and not good for people looking for quite place to rest well at night.

Meduim sized. 3 or 4 stars. Neat. Good house keeping, clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean and well furnished. They have Argila down stairs.

The buffet at Kuwait Continental is well worth it's money. Good food and good variety at a very comfortable location. You can have an awesome view of Kuwait city from the 9th floor where the restaurant is.

Rooms are old. Room are smelling melt. Stuffs are nice.

I went to the restaurant on the ninth floor, it was just okay. Selection was fine, meats and chicken and single fish dish. Sweets were various and delicious though. Small space, myself and two others were given a single table, probably 1 meter by 1 meter. Staff were not active in picking up the dishes, forcing me to take action and taking my dirty plate placing it on the side to make space on our small table. Which makes the resultant look dirty.

Nice hotel in centre of kuwait city.

It was quite fine. I didnt like the food of the hotel which was on floor number 9. It is a Darbar restaurant compare to the serivce they provide is also poor and they provide buffets system for 3.5 kwd only in weekends. That is thursday friday and Saturday rest the other days the prices are different depending on their rates. The food was all Indian and can be best for the one who are lookinh for Indian food…

Good Indian food on 9th floor. Buffet is value for money.

Darbar at Kuwait Continental is an experience in itself… The Open Buffet on Weekends is good… The menu selection is fine… All can enjoy the dishes… children to old all enjoy… The fish preparation is excellent… The chicken biriyani is one of the best…

It's one of the oldest hotel in Kuwait. I must say that they have budgeted accommodation and very affordable. Though a double bedrooms are slightly smaller but fair enough comparing the price. They have lovely Indian restaurant on 9th floor, food is amazing. The main drawback is staff, hospitality industry require humbleness and attention, all these lacks here. So not giving five stars. Also the internal ambience needs to be upgraded, its very old and looks pathetic. They have SPA as well but comparing hotel it's little expensive. Although they are in the Prime location-based, this gives them tremendous advantages.

Good value for money, great for short business trips.

For a 1 night business trip maybe this hotel would be good. The room has been renovated but the bathroom are still old. Reception lady when I arrived and gent on my last day were not very friendly. There is not much option for food. If you like Indian food or the smell of curry while having breakfast that will be okay for you. They do not have any other coffee except for granulated coffee in a bowl served with a plastic spoon… this hotel must catch up with Kuwait fast moving coffee nation… If you don't like anything I have said above you might want to get prepared to ask for a taxi to go outside to the nearest mall for a coffee if this was a company provided accommodation… yikes! … now remember everything opens after 9am in Kuwait.

It's in a good place if you have to do business in Kuwait city, have nice staff and very good for its prices if you compare it with other hotels in Kuwait.

Service is good. For a dual bad, tv, attach washroom, tiny fridge, tiny locker in the Almira have this room cost me 22 KD daily.

They served good food. And it is very cheap too. 3.5KD to 4 KD for a buffet.

Ambient atmosphere Nice view of city's skyscrapers.

Old but renovated property. Clean and comfortable. Best suited for business travellers who look for sponsor to obtain entry visa. Hotel provides it at a very reasobable 3nte/4days package price. It includes airport transfers (saves 10% cost) and breakfast. Value for money.

Beautiful place to stay in and accessible to public transpo nearby. Located at the city, it's easy to stroll luxurious malls nearby.

Excellent room and conditions. My only suggestion is that every room should have automatic room key card wall slots. Is will save you thousands of kwd in a single month. Smart management is very important.

Clean place. The breakfast spread is decent. Nice Indian food. The Cafe is open till late night.

I recently stayed for 2 nights at your continental inn hotel in Farwaniya, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the facilities amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. I have already recommended your hotel to all my friends and will certainly stay there again if I am ever in Kuwait. Thank you so much for making my stay the best ever.

The manger was rude. It your job to answer and make sure to be helpful to customers. One would think u they would respect you for how much you pay for a room.
