The worst Hotel I’ve ever seen in Kuwait. Less than a star. The rooms doors are not sealed, you can hear and smell everything. I couldn’t sleep until 3:00 AM. All the time I can hear people running and screaming and doors closed too hard and people talking from other rooms (no privacy). Also, cigarette smell in my room and it should be a non-smoking room. When I tell the receptionist about that they told me (what can we do? This is the kind of people we have here, try to call the security before you sleep), it’s really a cheap talk and not professional. Housekeeping is not good as they just come and take the trash and leave. Leaving empty shampoo and soap bottle on the floor. It is a nice location but the Hotel doesn’t deserve a 4 stars comparing it with the service, food and rooms. it is not a 4 stars hotel. I booked it because of its nice reviews but it is not like that except the location. Don’t wast your money. Thanks.
