Good hotel, friendly proactive staff. Called me at home in UK to see what type of bed I would like etc. Not experienced that before. Quick check in.

My experience was in April. Close to the airport. Staff were warm-welcoming. I enjoyed it, and if I’ll go to Kuwait, I will definitely use this hotel. I enjoyed my meals in Lebanese, Iranian restaurants. I bought some gifts from the perfume shop there also :)

They have nice spacious and comfortable rooms. There are some 7 restaurants in the hotel with cuisines like Lebanese, Indian, Japanese, continental etc. We visited the Lebanese one several times for dinner and shisha. Prices are quite reasonable. They serve very nice food there. The breakfast spread is decent too. I wouldn't mind returning here on my next visit!

It's a great luxury hotel with all the amenities expected. Just their toilet kit could have been better.

We arrived via a street taxi There was no one to drop our luggage, the taxi driver had to pull the trolley and put the luggage, then we entered and checked in, the was no a good welcoming. During the evening, the reception were not answering the calls, we needed an extra blanket as the room were freezing cold, not one answered the call until we fell asleep. Over all, there rooms were clean, location is good. Good breakfast too.

Holiday Inn and Crown Plaza are in the same compound. Holiday Inn is an iconic building with many wonderful facilities. Hotel lobby is imposing and huge. Rooms are ok size, not too large or too small. Breakfast was served in Silk which is supposedly part of Crown Plaza. Breakfast was adequate and all American. Swimming Pool, Spa and Gym are outside the hotel in a separate building. Pool is small but seemed adequate looking at the number of people using it. Gym was one of the best I have seen so far, but gets crowded.

Awsome hotel. Excelptional staff, service, attentiveness, diversity of cuisine, price, and location. Very highly reccomended for an excellent stay in Kuwait.

Good location near the airport. A new building next to the Holiday Inn old building. Attractive facilities and good service.

Nice place in the center and very close to airport. This is an old hotel which was there before the invasion by iraq in 1990. The hotel was hit by missile during the war and attacked bynthe army. There is a corner inside the building where it is showing these stuff with photos and the real material from that time. There are couple of good restaurants inside the building. The cafe on the ground floor is romantic and quite with a piano being played by a woman. The gym is quite old and need some refabrication.

Newly started in the previous building for crown plaza. Now it is beside it. I have attended many conferences here and their facilities are marvelous. The lecture is very big and has great sound system.

Loved the hotel. Staff was nice and accommodating. Quiet rooms, beautiful features, and lots of places to eat in the establishment. I will be staying here again. Kudos to the staff!

Great hotel. Very nice lobby and staff are helpful. However, beds are not comfort.

I don’t recommend the Lebanese Resturant very bad food but other restaurants are ok.

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Clean well equipped rooms, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Usually I don't stay in this area when I visit Kuwait but chose this one for this trip because of the location near the airport as I had an early morning flight. I would definitely consider this hotel for my next trip to Kuwait. Highly recommended!

This hotel was outstanding! Rooms were nice and clean. Security was tight and always present. Staff was excellent! Food was great. If I have the chance, I would stay there again.

This Review is about Jamawar Indian Restaurant located inside the Holiday Inn Kuwait Al Thuraya City.
Me and my 5 team members are staying in the Crowne Plaza Since Last 3 Months. We have chosen Jamawar for our daily food needs. This is our first trip to Kuwait and we were very concerned about Food as we Indian Love to eat. Most of us are very particular about our Food. When we went to this Restaurant first time we were Welcome by Mr. Basant OJha (Manager Restaurant) and his staff. Very first day he made us very clear that we are at home so do not hesitate to ask whatever we want. He told us since we are going to stay here for Longer period we may get bore by eating same type of Food so if we need something which is not part of Menu he can ask Chef to Prepare for us. We are so much touched by the importance given to us We really appreciated the efforts you all put in to make our stay special in Kuwait. We never felt that we are away from home when it comes to food. You never let us feel bore of eating outside food. Every day you surprise us with something unique or something different. Thanks to the Chef he always prepares the Food keeping our need and demand in Mind. Foods are always delicious in taste and presentation. Thanks to Mr. Videsh Mr. Justin and Ms. Preet for the excellent Service and for providing special and different variety of drinks every day. Thanks to Mr. Basant Ojha once again for all the hospitality and love which you all have given us.

I'm not a big fan of crown Plaza but would go there to meet up people if it's convenient.

Has good restaurants but the whole hotel feels old and worn down.

Excellent staff always courteous and attentive. During my last stay, Ms. Shyrel, and Ms. Shanti attended my check in and check out in very professional and speedy manner. I always get five star treatment on getting my booking done with a short what's app to Mr. Alberto. It's staff that makes this place a real five star supported with wonderful restaurants, gym and one of its kind Aquatonic spa.

I always visit Sakura crowne plaza. I like Japanese food. Specially sushi. Chef tharaka in Sakura makes special sushi that's not included in the menu, and they are excellent. Please consider to include these items in the menu. Thanking the great chef and the staff for giving us excellent service.
