Nice hotel. Really GREAT staff. Location ok, but really great value for money! Dont miss out on the Pool and Jacuzzi and the sky bar on the 20th floor!

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the spacious rooms, and of course the quiet atmosphere. The staff were excellent, and I would highly recommend Wahaj Hotel to anyone looking for peaceful comfort and harmony.

It was a truly fabulous experience. I felt compelled to write and share my appreciation. The check-in process was seamless and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. What truly made the experience memorable was the staff. Everyone, from the cleaning crew to the restaurant team, was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort.

It's been our 2nd time to stay here in wahaj and it's always been a great experience! the staff were all so helpful and friendly, from the reception all the way to room service and even khaled in the pool area! Comfortable hotel with great prices and beautiful views!
I recently stayed at Wahaj Boulevard Hotel, and my experience was fantastic. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with modern furniture that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and services provided.
The hotel’s view is stunning, especially with the beautiful landscapes visible from the windows. The service was excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist with any needs.
If you’re looking for a comfortable stay at a great price, this hotel is definitely the ideal choice. Highly recommend it!

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff, service, price, and rooms were all excellent. The hotel is located in a nice area, right in the middle of a good neighborhood.
Please note, this place might be more suited for guests of Asian ethnicity due to cultural preferences. While the surroundings may not be as posh as some might expect, the property itself is well-maintained and comfortable.
Special thanks to Bhagath and Fayzah Ahmex at the reception—their professionalism and service were outstanding. I would definitely love to return if I'm ever in the area again.

The massage service by Ms. Paro is superb which is the reason I always avail the service but the reception staff mainly Ms. Fayza has a very poor customer service. Mr. Bhagat also a receptionist was not at all accomodating. As an employee it is your goal to satisfy your customer but with these employees I don't think they know and understand what customer service and satisfaction means! My visit was overall disappointing.

If you will come for iftar buffet in this hotel, better come early. But it does not matter if you come early or late because the food is horrible, they dont refill at all. Salad, cakes are old, waraq enab is horrible. Worst Iftar I have ever had. 🤮

I want to give lower than 0 rating because I am a real user of this hotel.
**I had booked 2 rooms:
1 Family room and.
1 Standard room.
We wanted to cook our own food but they didn't have a kitchen and didn't have a stove as advertised on Agoda.
Had to ask for a microwave even though it was advertised as having everything on agoda as I had showed all pics.
Stayed here 5 times in 3 years, every time I stayed, I only found that the manager took advantage of the guests, such as saying that the room had a kitchen but in reality, there was none. The last time, the room was changed to something different from the reservation and was not responsible or helpful in any way. The owner is selfish and greedy and does not care about the customers. I recommended someone to stay here and they only came once because it was not as advertised. Then they did not come back. The old porter and the old driver were very good and helped with everything. I just came back from Kuwait. My friends suggested that next time we should stay at a new place called Oasis hotel, hopefully it will be a better hotel than wahaj, and pray to God that it is not under the same ownership. 😍😍

Sharing my very unpleasant experience during our recent stay at Wahaj Boulevard Hotel. Upon check-in, the receptionists, IBRAHIM and SALAH, neither smiled nor greeted us, and they attempted to charge us double for the private night swimming pool. Additionally, we were kept waiting for around 10-15 minutes.
However, I would like to commend the F&B team for their exceptional service. They were very nice and supportive throughout our stay.

I super loved my experience for a massage. I even thought I wouldn't be accommodated on that day as their policy is to book an appointment a day prior, but thanks to Mr. Mohd Khairi (reception officer), he made sure I won't waste my time coming to the hotel that day. The staff served me a complimentary juice too, I was surprised as I haven't experienced this kind of hospitality from other hotels. Ms. Paro (masseuse) was the best, I remembered the feeling of having the massage in Thailand itself!
I do strongly recommend Wahaj Boulevard Hotel for your relaxation, you will not be disappointed. 😊😊😊

There's a lot to like about this hotel. Location in a housing estate, but close to the beaches. Very elegant reception and friendly service. I didn't eat at the hotel, but it has a restaurant on the top floor and there is also a take-away opposite. There is also an outdoor swimming pool at one of the top floors next to the restaurant. Although it is quite shallow and short, it is still a great spot for relaxation with a soft drink in hand. The corridors and rooms are spacious and well-finished. The rooms are modern and, one might even say luxurious, although somewhat prim. Maybe it's a matter of taste, I prefer less Bollywood colors. It is worth noting that the fire safety issues could be taken more seriously, but his is typical of Kuwait. The hotel's biggest asset are large windows and a wonderful view from the upper floors, however not always towards the sea.
