the worst experience I had with any resort or hotel in my life, even before it begin.!

This is a Family resort not for singles or people dating and not married. They require a marriage license to prove you're married. Now on to the review, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and we were impressed with everything. Breakfast in the morning is very good as well with a lot to choose from. I would highly recommend this location to married couples looking to get away from the regular hotels and for people with families as they do have Villas for families.

Good in concept… needs more care, needs better customer service. Attractions inside have to be improved… Swimming pools are not clean because during the day I saw it clreaned 1 time only in the morning, Life Gaurds are not available in each pool. Many Safety issues need to be resolved.

Good food and nice place to stay for families and individuals who love beach, food and peace.

Amazing resort! Love the facilities, food and service. They have a separate pool for ladies who would like to chill out alone, another main pool for all to enjoy, banana boat and jet skis also available. Their breakfast and lunch buffet are lovely! And their villas are spacious and fully equipped.

Good location, prices higher than Alzor.

I need to replace my Samsung note 5 display. Staff behaviour was very nice. I had a deadline to pick up flight. The display was being shipped by courier from Ahmedabad, but the staff helped me to get the repair on time.

This is a very amazing place I think that I want to do job here really this is very good hotel for visiting.

Excellent place, particularly with a big group you can enjoy a lot. There are also kids play area fun games etc. All in all a very good place we enjoyed a lot on our company group.

Quiet place, depending on the date you visit, to see the beach you have to go to private areas.

Went for a day at the beach. End up to the hospital due to foreign objects under the sand, who cut severely my foot. I had to sustain surgery with 17 suture stiches.

Hated the loud music it was playing all night and we couldn't sleep.

Though it wasn't my first visit to Seashell Resort it was really a remarkable one, I spent an amazing weekened with my big family who is visiting the resort for the first time. Starting with the warm welcoming of the staff who were friendly and pleasant specially Mr. Renjit who provided a great professional service that ensured a pleasant stay in this beautiful place, he was so helpful when we made the reservation and recommended the best options for big families. We booked 4 c…halets and all were clean and well equipped. Food was very good and great value for money and service in Seashell main restaurant The Avenue and Cafe Presto.
Great renovation has been made in the game center and kids play area which was really a family favourite. Water sports were available and we really enjoyed them.
I wished that popular sport TV channels and wide-range of free Wi-Fi service were available.
Overall, we were pleased with our stay it is really a place like no other in Kuwait for families and I hope to be back again soon. Rula Assaad.

Good view at the near sea Restaurant but average quality food and humidity is high in summer.

3 Star resort. Needs renovation and regular thorough cleaning. Quality of building construction is subpar. Food is about a 7/10. Overall amenities is pretty good and it's nice that it is enclosed with security.

Service was slow. Food was bland. No customer service skills. Inconsistent pricing for activities. Overall unpleasant experience.

This is my first time to come this place I enjoy really. Amazing place and have a lot of food as you can. And among that my employer they treat me like family, very good and super kind employer. I proud of them. They're children full of respect the maid's. So I would like to say them God bless and more blessing's the family specially my mama and baba. I hope next yr. Inshallah we come back again this very nice place. So I love and like this place to much!

Loved this place. We came in a big group of 65 and had a blast. The employees were great and very helpful. Will come back.

Very wonderful place sea shell resort, I enjoying every seconds, minutes and hours during I was there. If I have a chance to Go somewhere again here in Kuwait is there I want to go.

How such a good resort can become so bad all of a sudden? Many posts on social medias relate that staff and suppliers are not paid and that the hotel will close soon. rip.

Good but not great, breakfast can use an upgrade, great beach, 2 bedroom villas need improvemrnts.

Worst resort. Not clean and furniture so outdated.

Only a few days ago, driven all the way from Salmiya to the Resort to meet Friends to have a Coffee with them. The Security Guard at the Entrance to the Resort wanted us to pay KWD 15 for two to enter the Resort. I traveled the World but never was I asked to pay for having a Cup of Coffee, not even at the best 5 Star Hotels In Europe, Asia and Australia. Will never return to the Resort unless I get an apology from the Management.
