The service at the Rooftop Bar, Her, was fantastic! Visar was a spectacular attentive server. He was always ready with a blanket so I could sit outside and enjoy the terrific rooftop view of Prishtina, Kosovo.

Not worth its price. Rooms are old and dirty. It well located and there are not many options around anyway. Breakfast is below average.
