This place has homophobic guidelines and has refused to serve a gay couple, after they had pre booked a room. Definitely do not recommend it. Rude and close minded staff, avoid it!

Apart from the fact that the prices are enormously high, no one in the reception mentions that the event have with an enormous volume music "Tallava" feels like they are in boxes in your rooms! And the reception just says everywhere in the world there is an event 😂 but that someone comes and just wants to have his peace and quiet it does not itch! Simply sad! Nieee.

Be more attentive to single guests in the restaurant, once a big party comes in you are forgotten about until someone remembers you are there, waited nearly 50 mins after meal for further service. I don't do the excuse we were busy, you are supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

I just went through previous reviews, and saw that it is not only I that have had terrible experience with poor attitude of staff at Restaurant of the Hotel. A group of 6 girlfriends met there yesterday, after many years, and in one moment we laughed out loud to something one of us said. Following this laugh, a waiter approached us with glasses of water we ordered and said literally: "would you please stop shouting? " and added that we "disturb people an engagement party who paid for space"at the restaurant" (! ) We had no idea that there is a pre-determined limit to the volume of our laugh, or we would have never dignify such lack of hospitality our visit and purchase. With this in mind, I do not see the Restaurant be suitable for any type of gathering of more than one person at a time.

Good rate of price/value. Five star hotel with exclusive restaurant, of course in the garden. Nice rooms and very helpful staff.

This hotel is just beautiful. Excellent quality-price ratio. The staff is very caring with the customers, the best breakfast ever eaten in Kosovo, the meal at the restaurant, its worthy of a gastro, not to mention the spa which invites us to another residence without delay. Congratulations to the entire team.

A good choice for business travelers. Located couple of km from downtown Priština. The staff is helpful and decent, if a bit… stiff. Everyone speaks decent english, rooms are clean and well equipped. A spa center and pool are available. I didn't like the very low lighting in the object (rooms are fine) and the amazingly generic soundtrack that is playing in the hall. Bonus point for an electricity — controlling remote.

Hotel GARDEN! Remember this name as this is best hotel in PRISTINA! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my wife and childrens for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in in the lobby gave us our room keys! All with help of very nice, friendly and professional staff who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Surly can make you feel like you home.

One of the top hotels you could find in town. It offers warm hospitality, very comfortable environments in the rooms, and high quality service.

I would not recomend anybody to go service is very poor and expenssive for what you get te eat.

Designed by somebody who doesn't know how hotels work. The staff are grumpy and unhelpful. The room lights are partly controlled by switches and partly controlled by remote control. The walls are pretty thin. It's a long way out of town and the walk is through some sketchy neighbourhoods. My room had a water stain on the floor. The bed had a bizarrely laid out thin bedcover and nothing else. On the plus side, they have an airport shuttle.

This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the bus station, so the location is not ideal if you want to be near the city center. Walking to Mother Teresa Boulevard will take about 40 minutes. Despite the location, the hotel was beautiful and service was spectacular. They are currently building an indoor and outdoor pool and a second restaurant. The rooms were clean and spacious.
