Absolutely wonderful experience!
The resort is beautifully located next to the White Drin waterfall, offering a peaceful and unique atmosphere.
Everything was perfectly organized, the rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to meet all our requests.
Special thanks to Blerim and his team for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail.

There are cave (sleeping beauty) and waterfalls behind the restaurant in the first floor. Recommended, to walk all the way to reach the highest top of the waterfall. 😎😎

Great hotel and amazing place, the architecture is stunning, the food is amazing, the spa facility, however closed when we arrived, they let us use it. The personnel was amazingly professional and were available for any enquiry. Loved the place.

First of all, a special thanks to Elda from the restaurant, and to the receptionists. Their warm smiles, greetings, and excellent cooperation truly made our stay memorable.
The restaurant was also a highlight — some dishes were especially delicious, and the breakfast buffet was calm and enjoyable. I particularly loved the pancakes!
That said, I believe there’s room for improvement when it comes to the rooms. It would be great to see updates in the design and comfort: adding essentials like a luggage table and a safe, renewing the paint, installing a central AC, and ensuring that no electrical wires are visible. A more modern touch would really elevate the experience.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. :)

Very nice place. Excellent breakfast. A bit confusing to get around. Not all floors are elevator accessible. They have a nice playground for children. They are the closest resort to the waterfalls and cave. They are right next to the river. They have a beautiful pool.

The room is spacious, but cleanliness could be improved. Staff at reception isn’t very friendly and hardly speaks English.
Not enough light in the bedroom nor bathroom.
Hairdryer in the room. No safe available. Coffee and tea making facilities available in the rooms. Be careful with the bottles of waters that are available in the room! In some rooms the bottles weren’t sealed and it had dirty water in them.
In the bathroom there’s a bad smell.
I had booked halfboard, but when I mentioned this at the reception and restaurant they told me this couldn’t be true and only breakfast was included. They refused to letting me have dinner at the restaurant, even though I had paid for dinner in advance.
Lunch outside on the terrace is nothing special. It’s not very clean and there are a lot of cigarettes burns in the table cloths.
The restaurant told me I could have breakfast 15 minutes before the restaurant opened. They also promised to make me a sandwich to take with me. None of the promises were kept by the restaurant.

We visited the Resort Ujëvara e Drinit for lunch after our visit to white drin waterfalls and the cave close by. The restaurant was very spacious with indoor tables and outdoor tables in both sides. The atmosphere was cozy and the decoration interesting, the staff were super nice and accommodating. I had the fish and it was really tasty, pasta was ok. The view from the front balcony was super nice and they have rich variety of desserts. Overall recommend it!

The resort includes all the services, the impressive and peaceful nature (even some parts of the mountains and waterfalls looked like in a fairy tale), the restaurant with a great view and delicious food, the prepared and polite staff, the fully equipped hotel rooms. Apart from these, it has been an experience that will never be forgotten. And above all, I would suggest it as a place to stay for holidays in any season, I visited it a while ago, and why not? I will visit it again.

I did not experience everything. However, what I did experience was quite excellent. Be prepared to bring some money if you plan to stay the night or buy a dinner for a group of people as things can be on the more expensive side. Although you do not need to spend much at all to enjoy the beautiful waterfalls and wildlife. It was easy to find using Google maps, and it was definitely worth a visit even if all you do is see the waterfall. Be ready to take photos as there is a lot to photograph. The 4 stars are only because I did not experience it all, and I am unable to rate what I did not try. However, what I did experience was worth 4 stars.

The service quality is excellent. The food is very delicious. It's clear they use the highest quality ingredients. Being surrounded by nature is wonderful. It's the perfect place to relax.

We saw the place online, liked it, decided to book 4 rooms for 8 people as it was a whole family gathering, booked our flight tickets and rented cars in advance to specifically visit this place, Only to be told that our rooms were cancelled due to renovations only 10 days before our stay without being able to provide any alternatives and basically saying sorry but we cant help you. That is at the very least poor management and it indicates that they show no respect whatsoever about their guests. Now we've got to sort ourselves out in less than a week desperately trying to find somewhere to stay assuming there is availability elsewhere. Pathetic.

This hotel is a real gem in terms of location — it is in the woods, built on a river, with nice garden and restaurant. No mosquitos though. The parking is huge. Rooms are rather expensive but stylish. As a matter of fact I expected more from the room but the best about this hotel is the surrounding area. You can have dinner/lunch in the restaurant outside while listening to the sound of the stream. You can make a nice walk to the waterfall and the cave. Breakfast is rich in variety. The restaurant staff is attentive. The food rates are higher. This hotel turned out to be the highlight of our trip in terms of comfort and nature. They are now building a pool so I would gladly return again in a couple of years for another pleasant day here.

Great restaurant with some of the best views in Kosova. Tables right along the White River and just a couple minutes walk from the famous waterfall. Veton and his staff are all incredibly accommodating and bring the best food and hospitality you can find in the area.

Our visit to the resort was simply a stopover to the waterfall and the cave. Had a few hours stop at this amazing resort. Wonderful garden with natural water flowing from the waterfall. Clean and comfortable toilets. We had our lunch facing the waterfall. Super view with stunning water sound. Friendly staff and tasty pizza.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort, the suite was big & unique with unparalleled views out to the forest, bed was really comfortable as well! It was so pleasant waking up to the sound of the waterfall/river & birds chirping in the morning while having a coffee on the balcony. We ate dinner at the restaurant the first night & my grilled salmon was fantastic & my husband’s steak was cooked perfectly with huge portions. The service was great at the resort as well — a slight issue with the room they were on top of to fix/remedy. We’ll definitely be back!

The resort is situated in a truly wonderful natural surroundings, thus quite preferable when you want to take a break, eat or dring something, while spending a day at the waterfalls. On the other hand, the quality of the food is quite average, a bit overrated price-wise. The service is very nice. All in all, pretty much recommendable.
