Did a casual weekday lunch in the bamboo garden. Well worth the stop. Will definitely visit again.

I traveled to Kitale recently with a friend on a mission trip. We spent a week at the Deep Sea Resort. Our time there was great! They made us feel welcome and took care of our every need. The resort is clean and secured and only a few minute walk from downtown Kitale. A special shoutout to Mary… Our waitress throughout our stay who gained a special place in my heart.

Good environment for family preferably children and teens.
Service turnaround time too long.

We ordered Pilau, it was bland and forgettable. When we asked about it, they weren't surprised or apologetic. If you're paying full price, you should get the full meal. Basic respect.

Very poorly cooked food (ugali managu), tasteless with no salt.
Very unfriendly payment system where you're forced to withdraw through Mpesa agent instead of Paybill or aTill number.

I don't have enough words to explain how this place is awesome. It has the best customer centric experience. The food was very fresh. Kind and polite staff. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Deep-sea resort, a place to take a nap, a cool place to meditate, a place to have a drink with a friend, a place attended with best bartender. A resort worth visiting. Can't wait to go back one day.

The location is away from the town/Market noice, located along the Endebes road, 🤔 for someone planning to go for hiking at Mt elgon national park has an option of spending a night here. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Am saying well maintained because the hotel is over 10 years and it looks as if its new.
I loved the walking parths, beautiful n with a shade to cater for rainy times, also the swimming pool, Its quite large and clean. Also bar area is so lovely. How the hotel is arranged is just perfect. It also got games for kids. Am Looking forward to visiting Kitale again n sleep there, spend my day there swimming, and enjoying there lovely food n drinks. I loved the music as well.
When it comes to food, I can say they got awesome chefs. Today I took jst a plate of chips that was well served with a salad mixed with pineapple chops, they got lovely waitress as well.
Will visit again and again.
