Ordered and got the wrong thing, way above my budget ruining my day. Asked for a correction they made it even worse!. Poor customer service, do not recommend.

A convenient place to spend a night in Kitale. The rooms are spacious, and the service was good.
The downside is that the rooms need a touch-up. Mostly the bathrooms and the floors would do with a bit of polishing. Our experience was good.

This is such a lousy place. Was there for 5 days and couldn't get any zero sugar soda. Throughout they served undercooked Ugali ohh and lemme not forget about the 'sugarful' chapati. Mostly service here is done by students and the place has a very unresponsive management. In sumarry this is a pathetic disaster in the name of a hotel.
