IS THE MOST PEACEFUL PLACE you can be in Kitale. Best service offered surely am will go back. God willing and I recommend it to. All.

Please do not stay at this hotel. We reserved via Hotels. Com and paid more than $500 USD for our stay. Crane's Haven refused to honor the Hotels. Com reservation even though they are listed on Hotels. Com We were forced to pay $39, 204 KSD ($345 USD) when we checked out. We have sent them receipts from Hotels. Com and from what we were forced to pay. Now that they have our money they have ignored us. We have tried SEVERAL times to contact the hotel about this. They do not answer any emails.
