We reserved the place 2 months prior through booking. Com. When we arrived, we found they had double booked for the exact dates, the other group had booking through another site another site. The manager/agent was not reachable via phone. A physical fight almost broke between the 2 groups, each about 30 people and with kids and grandparents in the mix. We ended up having to find alternative arrangements but they still charged us.
