Panoramic123! I was last here in 2009 and man what a transformation since then! The view! The design! The blend with nature is unforgettable. The fresh food, the eager staff right from the gate to the cordial treatment throughout, no wonder the place is ever busy… Actually, I had a group function and although the payments delayed for technical reasons, the management proffered excellent options with eagerness and Solomonic understanding. The rooms are notoriously comfortable though get rather cold during Kenya's winter. Verdict:
This place truely has great panoramic views of Lake Naivasha. Very good attendants. Great chefs, good meal. Room service, I give it a no no… basic rooms, nothing much to talk about.

Very very serene. Beautiful landscaping, totally adapting to the natural environment. And… that's where it ends. Rooms could be better — especially keys that remind me of my high school "box " (p1-p6), food wanting, customer relations are not even a rumor! ;They switched off the single screen in the restaurant before we wee done eating! Room service come OPENING DOORS at 8:00am, complaints met with a nod… Such a BEAUTIFUL facility should not shy off from investing in other key areas.
