Boring place just good for weddings.

Nice and great place food, ground, drinks staff waoo.

Lovely grounds and layout for functions.

It's a nice place with good environment.

I have stayed here at least 4 times over the past 5 years. I always feel at home. Visits to the giraffe and elephant centers are only 15 min from here.
The hotel is not huge and it is cozy. They speak English. It is a family owned business.

Cool and serene environment. Good getaway from the Nairobi noise and pollution. Good proximity to Galleria mall.

A bit chilly but good for team building.

Serene. Service can be improved though.

Hotel Troy is a great place, a blessing of a kind. I did my wedding at the place, the grounds, the food, the cake, the drinks, the ambiance, the serenity away from town yet within the city, the staff and near places to visit.

It's quite calm and chill. A good place to hold a meeting.

We have been stayong at Hotel troy for several years now. And we are always overjoyed to get back to see everyone again and also to see the progress of the beautiful Gardens and plantings. The addition of the cottages is a wonderful idea. This is our second year in the cottages. So lovely to have a self contained holiday home. So lovely and spacious. The kitchenette is fully equipped to cook in and make tea and coffee. But who wants to cook, when the restaurant is is excellent.? Everyhing is cooked to order. So, order your meals, and go back to your cottage or room and they will phone when all is ready. Staff super friendly and kind. And the night watchmen keep everyone safe and sound. The dogs are a bit naughty at times barking, but they are there to protect us. Overall, a lovely tranquill place to stay. Far from the madding crowd, or so it seems, as not too far away is the hustle and bustle of Africa.

CANNOT wait to come back in June! Their staff is so friendly and considerate! The rooms are very nice, the beds are great, and the food is divine. Thanks!

Peaceful, serene and quiet place to stay away from the city traffic.

I really loved the place silent, clean, good customer service, meals perfect, rooms are spacious and clean … the pool, Jacuzzi and cottages goes unmentioned… coming back soon.

Nice simple hotel, good location for all attractions, good transport links, nice shopping mall in walking distance. Nice garden, quiet place, rooms basic, breakfast is good enough. Has restaurant and bar on site, small swimming pool, great staff very polite, efficient and helpful. Only issue is bed is not luxury but all in all great value and great little hotel.

The nyama choma was great and priced well. Their tea (african) was superb… The kids loved the playground and the place was serene… just the way I love it. The pool isn't conducive for babies though…

Hotel very quiet. Very good relation price-quality. Attached to the Nairobi National Park. Very close to galleria centri commercial 10 minutes walk.
