​ l dropped in as a walk-in for lunch and was so impressed! Even though I wasn't a hotel guest, the staff @ Douglas barista and Brayan bartender, Beverly treated me with great hospitality. The atmosphere is chic and sophisticated, making it a perfect spot for a mid-day break. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely a hidden gem for lunch if you're in the area! The glam restaurants, the location and views are amazing also the service however the food wasn’t that great, the chicken wings smelt and tasted spoilt, the fries some of them were raw with pure taste of paprika.
Lavender the waitress was amazing and the whiskey sour is amazing 😻

The amenities in this hotel are a little bare but they more than make up in service and location. The staff like Tongi at the reception desk were amazing.

At 80/ — USD bed and breakfast, It's absolutely value for money. Staff is good. Food is excellent.

I would give this hotel 0 stars if that was an option.
Let me warn all future guests who are thinking of booking Hotel Glam and checking the reviews before making a decision.
I stayed at this hotel for 10 days — from April 12 to April 22. On April 21, I lost my phone from room 503. I immediately reported the incident the same day and informed the staff that I had forgotten my phone in the room the night before (April 20). I returned to the hotel around 3 AM, and in the morning, I noticed that my phone was missing, though my MacBook was still there.
I requested them to check the CCTV footage and they assured me they would provide it. On April 22, while checking out, I reminded them that I would be going to Mombasa and returning on April 26, and asked them again to show me the CCTV footage, specifically when the cleaning lady entered my room.
When I returned on April 26, they simply said, “We apologize, we haven’t checked it yet. ”
It’s now June 12, and despite giving them my email and phone number, I have received absolutely no update from their side. Not a single follow-up. This is extremely poor customer service and irresponsible behavior.
If you’re planning to stay at this hotel, do not trust the staff. If you lose anything, don’t expect any help from them. They will ignore your complaint and make false promises.
This experience has left a very bad impression and I will never return to this place.

The experience was really nice, and the food was amazing. Located in the heart of the city, everything was close by and easily accessible. Overall, it was a great experience.

Bhai had hai, in the name of new management nothing is available, for every thing like Laundary, dental kit, no channel TV, AC poor shower, sham they don't even provide 1 extra water as asked me to call reception.
3 star for balcony and new cheff plus his good Indian continental food, no manager had time.

This Hotel is located in prime part of westland and accessable to West gate and Sarit. Shoping Mall within walking in distance of 600 to 800 meter.
The room's are very specious and we'll maintained. I would like to give 5 Star for maintenance of the room ambience, this hotel has veg and non veg food options and taste is also very good. I had a pleasant experience in staying for 7 day's. In between I had to shift for another hotel called progressive hotel due to non availability of the rooms, but I had bad experience in that hotel with high pay that Hotel was smelly and not maintained well.
I highly recommend Glam hotel for stay it is very good. It is my personal experience.

The hotel is in such an amazing location. Everything is on your doorstep countless food options Malls, markets. Lots of places to walk if you want to do some exercise. The people are friendly and they're more or less. Just leave you alone to get on with life basically. The hotel itself is decent. Rooms are nice and spacious comes with a fridge, microwave and your usual amenities though you have to use a separate room if you want to do some ironing and those facilities are not great.
I personally wouldn't book my taxi with the hotel again. I would pre-book it with a private company as they are not that reliable.

Did not try the Indian restaurant on the roof but it has been recommended by a few people, looked less appealing to westerners.

A good budget hotel with different sizes of rooms with attached balcony in some. It's located on peponi road near Westgate and Sarit mall. Both are 10-15 min walk away.

Rooms are good and spacious.
Parking is tight.
In a good location that is near amenities.

Must appreciate the hotel for cleanliness. Location is perfect. Good service. Overall love staying at this hotel.
