It is an ordinary guest house, whose owner is very arrogant and no respect for guests.

Everything about this place is awesome. From the staff to the living space, I truly loved it.

Very exquisite location, excellent service and food.

The staff was hands on and very efficient. Despite the rains, the function for the day went on swiftly as planned. It's a small beautiful secluded boutique hotel with a homely feel.

Very pleasant staying in Nairobi, located in a very secure neighborhood. It's quite far from the city center, but you can easly reach it by taxi or uber. The position is also strategic to leave for Safari's and excursions without passing by the crowded city center. The breakfast is good and it's possible to be served in the garden. The dinner is outstanding. It's a B&B so doesn't have a real reception desk, on the other hand it looks like a private home and the hall gives a private quiteness feeling. The staff is very friendly and descreet.

We held a wedding afew weeks ago at The Bedelle. Beautiful venue, Rooms are clean & excellent, ideal for small conferences and meetings. One should try the signature mint pineapple juice and their samosas. In regards to weddings, I would not recommend the place. Big no no For the following reasons; … 1. There is no hire rate card. There is introduction of unexpected costs not initially agreed upon. Have a legal contract. 2. They are only friendly and hospitable in the initial meetings. Its very important to have all your communication in writting. 3. DJ services are offered as part of the hire package. Music volume is lowered from 9.30pm and switch off at 11pm. One can't hear or enjoy the music simply because they are based at a residential area. 4. Venue closes down at 11PM 5. The grass is beautiful yet you are not allowed to dance on it. They laid a (Pro-floor) plastic floor on the walkways and dance floor to prevent damage of grass. It rained hence the foor was a hazard to many. Do they understand dancing at African weddings? 6. Food tasting was done before, recommendations were given that were not effected. On the material day over 20 guests got food poisoning. 7. Custome service is poor I would recommend they stick to hosting small conferences and events which they are good at doing, not weddings.

If you are looking a quiet place this is were to go.

A quiet place, I was a bit disadvantaged as an MC who's used to hyping. I had to cope with the quiet environment and mind the neighbors but all in all. Its a nice place and I would visit again and again to experience their indoor services too.

I have been to a couple of hotels but this one is alluring, it's outstanding in every way. I would like to appreciate the warm staff that made Eunices' birthday memorable. Thankyou robert, risper who was with us all through; felix who made my son feel so at Home, the chef who came to give us his recipes, thankyou and I will come again. I cannot forget Mr. Robert, the CEO who kept checking if we were okay!

Great for a relaxed weekend.

We chose The Bedelle because we wanted something elegant and quiet. The service caters to our needs by adjusting to our safari schedule for meals and has packed us lunch and breakfast for when we have been gone all day. The food is excellent international fare with a chef who has adapted any meal to my gluten-free needs, and the wine is varied and delicious. The grounds and house are peacefully gracious.

Amaizing environment with the Garden which is simple, clean and beautifully done with a lovely pool on the side, perfect meals and good level of professionalism.

Our business group meeting was hosted recently at The Bedelle. I have been meaning to write a review but feel I cannot do justice to my experience but I will give it a try today.
On arriving at The Bedelle one is treated to a beautiful surprise of the lovely property in the leafy surburbs of Runda. We were met by the owner and his staff and given a tour of the 7 bedroom luxurious boutique hotel. After which we got to sit in the well manicured, colorful garden by the pool adorned by tall gorgeous palm trees. A wide array of delicious and fresh foods and drinks were served which had been carefully prepared by the seasoned chefs. The icing on the cake was the uncommon personalized, attentive and genuine service from the owners themselves and their warm and friendly staff. I look forward to many more lunches, dinners and even overnight stays with friends and family. Stop looking @ THE BEDELLE you have reached. You're home.
