Safari club hotel is dope place to have your meetings, presentations etc. Is a one package in all I call it magical safari club. They offer cool services, affordable prices. I attended a conference this week at the hotel and I must say that I loved your menu. The food was fresh, diverse and sumptuous. The salad section was my best. One suggestion though do something about your conference rooms. Give the chef a high five for me.

A good place to stay in. Located at the middle of Nairobi and has quick access to the main road. English breakfast, Lunch and dinner is provided here. Very spacious rooms with good access to internet. It has a bar and spar. The rates are rather on high side but may fit well for Middle to upper class bracket. Good for business conferences.

Such a nice place you won't believe you're in the CBD! And the food.

Customer service is a bit wanting and can be improved. Compact rooms good for small meetings or conferences. Loved the food at their restaurant which also has great sitting areas ideal for friends hanging out.

Great place to stay. Centrally located. Close to bars, restaurants all within walking distance. Very quite location. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and adequate.

The beauty of the building aptly named Lillian Towers is undeniable. However, the facilities are quite dated and the owner could really benefit from undertaking a refurbishment exercise. Otherwise, the location and views are brilliant.

My all time favorite hotel, more so because all stuffs are well trained and they are so welcoming and always bear a gift of smile to the guests. I mean from the guards to the top managers and the owner. Logos and Agnes are very kind and hospitable. The hotel is very clean and their food always fresh, the chefs are something else. The food is on top of the game.

With the easy accesibility and the quality of services offered you will definitely enjoy your stay. Lyre Ribs and Steak opposite the Main Hotel is an ideal place for you to enjoy Steak.

Location is useful to me. Old but well kept. Breakfast is always good. Good range of TV channels. However… Study table doesnt hv convenient placement of electrical power points for laptop charging. Area is dark. Needs a lamp for work. Chair is old not comfortable. Bathrooms recently renovated. Tiles are very slippery when wet. Hazardous when coming out of bath tub. Exercise caution. Hairdryer live cable dangerously runs across basin n gets wet. If wire is damaged can electrocute cleaners or hotel room guests. Has outdated bidet basin next to toilet bowl taking up space… not to mention redundant. A hand bidet will be more practical and free up spac.

Great place for meetings. Located right in the heart of the Nairobi CBD overlooking the main highway. You can have a-la-carte or buffet meals. And yes there is a bar nearby. Not the best cocktails in town, but definately better than most.

I visit Nairobi a few times a year. Having stayed in a few different hotels I found NSC to be the most convenient in the city center as far the location. You can walk to several restaurants and shops. Hotel is is a bit dated but I like it. The rooms are clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast has a huge selection of fresh food and drinks. Staff goes above and beyond.

The hotel has a classic and posh decor and appearance. I have had several meetings there with the recent being buffet over lunch. There was a variety of food however, I was not pleased with their steamed broccolis. Perhaps its my dislike for broccoli but their soups were crazily amazing. I went several rounds. The bar section has the kind of atmosphere that relaxes you as you take in the warm colours. Their staffs are ever present and friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is a good example of my overall Kenya experience. It could be nice if people just cared more more and paid attention to the details. Rooms are very dated and need updating. Minor things throughout were broken or just done with no care. Bidet wasn't hooked up properly. The molding around the mirror was shoddy and not cut or placed right. Room like it was never cleaned thoroughly, caked on dust on the vents, and corners and dirt/crumbs. Bed was lumpy and worn out. The on site restaurants were over priced for the quality of good they served. Better and cheaper food is find with in a 2 block walk. Simple things like only stocking the bathroom with 2 towels and some days only 1, so hope you doing have long hair. Hassling about extra fees when your room is booked and paid for 2 people. There's a lot wrong with this place, but it's a good example of the Kenya experience, over priced, under delivers, and trys too squeeze you for more. If you pay full rate you're getting ripped off, just stay at the Hilton for the same price. If you get a steep discount then it's barely OK. They hotel seems like it had its glory days 30 years ago and forgot that there's up keep needed to maintain it.

I looooooved the salads! The carrot salad in particular was amazing! All the other food was tasty too; flavors kept bursting in my mouth… From the spinach, to the tomato and onion salad… Oh… Every food item was just amazing!

This place has maintained very high standards and decor. Pretty cozy and a good variety of restaurants.

Very spacious rooms, but very noisy traffic, rooms not insulated at all, old fashioned curtains in need of replacement, laundry too old over-used, bedding excellent size but wooden base can easily cause injury to feet. Reception including at JK International, Nairobi, was good, but return taxi dirty and very late despite prior booking. Food needs improvement, especially the quality of some of the fruits, however the meats were quite good and the staff generally quite cheerful in offering a very good service.

Clearly very old, but they have tried hard to keep it updated. Would have given a higher rating if the price was a bit cheaper. Also customer care could have been much better. The askaris we're the most helpful out of all the staff.

Rooms were clean and the service here was wonderful, though the place is a little worn. The staff was so nice, and let us check in early to sleep when we arrived on an early flight. Also, the hairdryer here is much nicer than most hotels, I was very pleasantly surprised.

A unique hotel with a unique building design situated along university way. The hotel has great rates, non reservation costs including great amenities.

A very charming old 'colonial' hotel in the heart of downtown Nairobi. Great ambiance, good food and amazing service. I believe its one of the oldest hotels in Nairobi but has clearly stood the test of time.

Home away from home. Great service, amazing food. I would recommend asking for the rooms around the inner court, but stay clear of the rooms above the reception as they can be noisy.

This was the first International Hotel where I stayed in my life. The hotel has a good pool to relax, as well as good dining options. One point I disliked was that breakfast was costly as it was not pre-booked. If you are planning to go there, book breakfast ahead of arrival or eat breakfast outside.

An awesome place, in the CBD, the rooms are well done and are getting a face lift. The array of menu on offer is awesome caters for everyone. Awesome.

It's a nice place but needs to renew the furniture. Also, don't be fooled with the low pax. They compensate with high prices in any other service like breakfast (not included), room service, etc.

The pizza menu at Sundeck is extensive and the prices are affordable.

Service is terrible! You can wait for 1.5hrs for dinner. Waiters leave tables crowded and dirty. "just wait" was the response from a waitress after we has sat for 1hr 15mins The rooms are clean and the facilities are functional.

First time I went here as a kid the city power was unreliable this was the 80s stuck in a lift when we were freed the head chef no less gave me a brownie a meal and drinks. Today it's still tower the city best looking all suite hotel in East Africa.
