This hotel is a NO go zone. Diamond hotel is a thieves hotel. Book it at your own risk! it is a pathetic/horrible place to go as they are all hypocrites and thieves! the workers there are thieves. I had booked it in 2016 while I was pregnant. They waited for my husband to come and organised to rob us. They stole a laptop and a large some of money costing 120, 000 Kenya shillings. The thieves according to the CCTV camera showed that the receptionist had given the them the master key for our room. After stealing the thieves were seen giving the key back to the receptionist! The entire management knew what was going on because even other guest in the hotel had been robbed as well. We reported to the police but nothing was done. The management bribed the Nairobi central police and their receptionist was released by the police. The police then lied to us that the case would be taken to court but up to date nothing has ever been done.! Its a big shame for the police to cooperate with the hotel management and prevent us from getting paid for our loss by the DIAMOND HOTEL.

An average budget place to stay. The rooms weren't that clean so were the bed sheets. Just an OK place to spend ur night.
