Awesome food, awesome environment, awesome swimming pool, my daughter had forgotten her swimming costume and they were kind enough to provide one. I loooved the experience, did I mention it’s on the rooftop.

Lots of improvements recently — I normally go for a swim on the roof top where they have added some Astro type grass all around the floor. Menu has changed for the better. However I had Angus beef which was tasteless and seemed microwave heated… Chips are the frozen fries… The calzone is huge and you can eat the whole meal after: 3-4 hours of swimming under the sun. Well shaded place. They have added a small shower and changing rooms just there which they didn't have before. Gets busy sometimes. Ample parking.

I love bringing the kids here for swimming in the rooftop pool every Sunday (heated pool, by the way). Great food, superb service and great security. The price is also good ;you get your money's worth. The parking is the only let down but everything else is great. If you're lucky you'll catch the random fireworks show.

Clarence House is a beautiful place to be, the staff are very friendly the atmosphere is pleasing and the apartments are very beautiful, I cannot get the words to define the place, the food is mmmmhhhhh I just love being at Clarence it's a home away from home.
The swimming pool is heated making it easier for me and my kids to swim at any time not worrying about the weather.
The rates are attractive and the apartments accommodative, I will surely visit this place as many times as possible.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 months and to be honest I wouldn't recommend. If you are looking for something like this I would recommend Kate's Apartments, Cerenata Gardens or Jacaranda Gardens. They are around the same price and location. Friends staying there had a way better experience. I wouldn’t recommend it for several reasons:
— First, they broke into the safe of my room and stole a substantial amount of money, the hotel took no responsibility and provided no answers in …spite of being an inside job. Given the amount of money you pay the place sells itself as a premium service, nothing close to that, when I found out that the money was missing I immediately contacted the management, no matter how much I pushed I received no answer during two weeks, they never showed me the CCTV nor the history of who had entered the room. Finding out who did it should have been relatively easy given that only a few people had access to the room and fewer had acces to the key to open the safe (-I was the only one with the code to open it-). I understand that these things can happen but the management had a very poor response and took no responsibility.
— Second, the place is expensive given what they offer. I was staying at a 2 bedroom apartment, even though it is comfortable and it is cleaned everyday it is not worth the 2, 200 USD/Month that they charged me (they went down from more than 2, 500).

Gym is great, warm pool for kids but food gave me a bad tummy.

It is a nice and attractive and cost effective with a welcomed atmosphere…

The relaxing ambience and rooftop restaurant plus very high class studio apartments! A place to go if looking for a quiteplace to relax within the Nairobi city!

Everything about this place is right, the food, the staff. All so professional, it's unbelievable! Will definitely be back!

Clean, friendly staff, great amenities. It is a nice hotel that I would like to visit again.

They have a heated pool. It's a bit small but it stays open until about 9:00pm. Their gym is nice as is the steam room :)

Nice place but a bit too secluded. Not your place if you are looking for a lively place, good thing is you can take your whole party there.

This place is home away from home best services, safe and secure excellent staff will definitely recommend it.
