Rooms were outdated and the shower head I found very dangerous to use.
But overall the staff were so nice it made uo for it.
If your looking for a budget stay but good.
This is a good place.
Wort customer service I've ever encountered, extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The rooms are so loud from the traffic its impossible to sleep and the prices are hight for the very low quality rooms you get. Nairobi has plenty of quality hotels in this price range, this isnt one of them, avoid at all cost.
