The name clearly hints what the hotel is capable of, serving several continents. Their inter-continental service is not only in quantity but also quality. Come in for conferences, forums and other social or official events. The number won't matter much as they will deliver to your satisfaction. Security is guaranteed because of its location and their security expertise personnel.

A beautiful old high end hotel with contemporary standards in all things. Excellent food served here. A lot of security around but very unobtrusive. Calm and yet busy atmosphere. Excellent layout. Classy. Love it.

Good hotel in Nairobi. Central location. The structure is not new but welcome and overall services at a good price make it of interest.

Great hotels, guests love. Elegant and chic, from lobby experience. Rooms, conference rooms, inter fitness centre, business and sauna of its own kind. You visit once, you find a home away from home.

Excellent brick and mortar. Superior design of hotel. However, need to check that their customer orientation does not get worse, not because of attitude issue (staff are pleasant) but perhaps due to under staffing in the booking offices. It's hard Tho get a quick response even when there physically.

Try to be a hotel of the international chain, but the old of the facilities, the smell of humidity, the slow and poor service do not help at all, however it is above the average of what can be found in Kenya.

It is a very good hotel at a good location. Its staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms are spacious and ambiance is also very good. It has all necessary fixtures and its quality is also very good. Only thing is its security passing while entering hotel every time. Some times it is really annoying despite you are in car but you have to get off and cross it manually. Overall it is worth staying in this hotel.

Room was cozy and comfortable. Good variety of breakfast options. Customer service was great and helpful. Pool was heated and this was great considering the cold weather that was present in Nairobi at the time. It is not far from the international airport also. I will recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Nairobi.

Love this hotel. Great rooms and the staff is immensely and genuinely friendly. The bar by the pool is the best — the bar keeps are wonderful and they have evening grilling next to the bar. The restaurant's morning breakfast buffet is great with french press coffee.

It's just,, wait what's the word… PERFECT! Well went as a family and the services are just amaziing for instance the outside pool one could swim till late night as it's heated and the rooms are just epic tho needs improving but it's just amazing would be thrilled to go back another day☺

Great place always. Had a business breakfast at the roof top location. Served well and since it was an early morning breakfast meeting, parking space was available. Great hospitality staff as always. Great meal variety for vegans and vegetarians.

She is like an old elegant lady. She is very cultured and her decor oozes history. It is such a delight to have a gem in the middle of the modern city. Simple charm and elegance.

A top hotel probably the best in Nairobi Respect No exit evening from 7pm on foot from the hotel. Only by taxi otherwise too dangerous.

Very Well maintained Property. Welcoming and helping work team. Very tight security check and very strong security systems. Wonderful poolside lawn restaurant with huge projection screen. Big Casino. Good Bar. Indian Restaurant with Authentic Indian taste food prepared by an Indian Chef. Swimming Pool, Gym, Banquet/Meeting Halls available and Visitor Lounges are also available. Very nice lounge area for Suite Room Guests. Poolside view rooms and Other Rooms with Garden views are also available.

I went there for a visiting a friend of mine and he invited me to join to the buffet lunch with other colleagues, We were four or five; They had a good band playing outside by the poolside. Also face painting and a magician for the kids. (And yes, the swimming pool. ) Service is good and the decor is nice enough. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, I liked and admired it.

Good hotel. Spacious meeting rooms. Food a bit bland at conferences. However the Indian restaurant's food is great. Very clean restrooms.

Leftover potatoes were left on the carpet and trash can unchanged on the first day. Otherwise very well, and the massage of the spa is very good. The breakfast was very good. And the expensive Indian restaurant.

I went there for a Sunday buffet lunch with family. We were 6 or 7 of us. They had a good band playing outside by the poolside. Also face painting and a magician for the kids. (And yes, the swimming pool. ) Service is good and the decor is nice enough. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Great place but the buffet is not all that! I'd advise one to try à la carte instead.

An iconic Hotel that holds so much history. And true to their levels of service they always exceed guest expectations. Their warmth and receptiveness is just sublime.

The place was quite elegant with a great ambience. The security is good and the food mouth watering. I really loved the buffet.

Stayed in the club room with club lounge. The hotel isn’t the newest kid around the block. It's an old property and it can be see everywhere stained carpet and faded paint. A bit like time travel to the 70s/80s in décor and ambiance. I wasn’t impressed with the food either, inconsistent labelling of of allergy advice on menus and also very limited choices for those unable to eat gluten. However the service is the star at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Security is very good with 'airport style' check point on entry which makes you feel quite safe.

Worst lasagna i've had. Great selection of wine however and I loved the band playing. Sitting outdoors in the night by the pool was everything. Also loved the steak and service.

Great place, great bar, good snacks & good food. Better to avoid during working hours (8-10 am & 4-7pm) traffic is like hell. It kills you.

Five star hotel. Great service, accessible easily as its located within the Nairobi Central Business District. Fine dining services available.

I stayed one night. Very good place. Breakfast was excellent with wide choices. Room very comfortable.

Nice place to sip your drink peacefully. Nice conference halls, friendly staff and plenty of food varieties to choose from. I don't mind going back again and again.

I was there for the food and I was not impressed. It does have historic importance to the city and the facilities are nice. I'd go back, just not for the food.

Very nice, clean, and upscale. Good value compared to other area hotels. Beds are very comfortable, best sleep my husband and I have had our entire African trip, and great in-room amenities. Lots of good food options on site as well.

A shift in the service level offered was my immediate reaction! Absolutely encouraging, the new management has done nothing but revolutionized the service here. The staff was very customer oriented, very professional and polite… they always went over and above our requests. We were here for a 3day conference. Keep it up!

Nice hotel with good service. Nice Italian and Indian Restaurants therein. Nice place to host a corporate event. A point to note though is that it is very popular with Politicians as it is next to Parliament.

Amazing place to enjoy your stay in Nairobi. Good location, good security. Well maintained and good service. But some of the staff are notorious and charge for things you didnt order, so be sure to check all your bills.

Located in the heart of Nairobi, opposite an iconic monument and Kenyan parliament, this hotel does not fall short of excellence. It's quite serene and the ambience is great. Good food and service.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, staff very welcoming and courteous. Clean rooms and nice food.

The room and equipment felt a bit worn, though not so much it disturbed me. But I'd expect a bit more of a business style hotel. The breakfast on the other hand was amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff provides very friendly service as soon as you enter the lobby. Pillows and beds are heavenly and provide amazing night's rest. Food is good however if you're staying more than three days, options become repetitive. Amenities are decent with a fitness center, pool and spa. Would stay there again.

Food wonderful, staff friendly. Rooms not upto standards and price. The 3rd guest in a 3 bedroom suite gets a very uncomfortable old fashioned, foldable safari beds. Why offer 3 BRD Suiten to Travel Agents if you cant Cater for it? Communication between reservations and housekeeping is so poor. Rooms are usually not ready even by late check In.

Loved the cool liveband at the poolside, meal was superdelicious, hospitality is 100%

Love the casino! The bar keep has everything you need from a brilliant server. Efficient, gentle spoken and with a ready smile. Oh and the free food. Yum.

I would like to work there as a cook if I get a chance, thats the best place to be and to persue your career.
