Very organized hotel, got some very sweet breakfast, 👌

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean, cosy, spacious, and well-maintained while the hotel’s facilities were impressive, including a well-kept dining area that served delicious meals, coffee lounge and a very clean swimming pool with a heated kids pool.
A big thank you goes out to Diana, Elijah and Jedidah (Reception), Beryl, Frank, Sauda and Terry (Restaurant) and the housekeeping staff for their dedication and hospitality.

A decent place to stay but I had a lovely stay in October. The food was really good, top tier I was surprised, clean rooms, decent service and loved the warm drink variety in the room haven't seen that anywhere else yet even nairobi, coast, naivasha e. T. C.
The pool is not what you call a quiet pool, but noted for next time🙂

A very good place for accommodation in Meru, the services impressed me and they good food to take. They also have welcoming receptionists too.

Excellent rooms and great service. I could not get an iron box to use in the room though meaning you have to pay for ironing. Great food at a cost friendly price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, the hot water was reliable, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was well-prepared and satisfying.

A good pocket friendly hotel in Meru town — makutano. They have welcoming staff.

I’ve visited this hotel several times for group dinners, after-parties, meetings, and conferences. A few days ago, I took my kids there to swim. As someone who enjoys a good drink, I requested an alcoholic beverage, but the waitress informed me it would be served in a tumbler due to a poolside rule prohibiting glassware.
Shortly after, a couple, who were clearly well-known based on their warm welcome arrived with their children. To my surprise, they were served alcohol in regular glassware, not tumblers, despite sitting right next to us. My nanny even asked if they owned the hotel, as the double standard was so blatantly obvious. It was quite disappointing to witness such inconsistency in service.

I was not served for almost 1hr because the hotel had an overnight conference. I begged to be served breakfast as waiters passed me. I'll give it a 3.

One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in out of my own.
Very clean rooms with a chic minimalistic design but manages to be very homey.
Service and security is excellent 24/7.
Good location to explore the town from and make it back at all hours.
Food was well prepared both for supper and breakfast, quite filling at an affordable price.

The service was quite fast and we didn't have to wait for our meals to be for long. I really liked the chilling spot around the pool and I was quite impressed with how the swimming area was well maintained. It you wanna taste one of the best grilled chicken I would 100% recommend you to visit this place❤️.

The new swimming pool is great. A wonderful addition and a first for Meru.
