Canopy View Hotel

We loved staying at the budget-friendly hotel! The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with different sizes to choose from, all at a very fair price. The staff were so polite, attentive, and always ready to help.
The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the kitchen. I had a bit of an unexpected wait for my dinner order once, and then there was that time I got a cold Americano – I'm not sure how that could have happened when it was clearly made fresh! Both times, though, the staff were really apologetic and took care of it quickly.

They have the best clean rooms, amazing staff and a super delicious breakfast. The beds are super comfortable and worth the price.

Had a great experience, the hotel has excellent services, staff were friendly and always ready to help.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

The hotel is beautiful, very accessible and very clean. The beds are wonderfully made, the mattress and pillows are so comfortable better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in.
Their internet connection is fast and reliable with amazing connection from all over the hotel all the way outside… top marks.
The shower has high pressure and water is nice, hot and relaxing perfect after a long day of riding motorcycle in the cold. The night was quiet, peaceful and restful.
The food was farm fresh made from locally sourced ingredients around Meru county the staff were very respectfully and accomodating they allowed us to park our bikes inside the building and they recommend local spots for good nyama Choma (Kinoru Gardens) which was about 5 minutes walk.
This Hotel is Highly recommended I will visit again & again.

The room was clean and comfortable. A good desk too.
The house keepking was not available in the evening and was asked to wait till 8am, yet work starts at 8am. Can do better on that.

I had a fantabulous stay at Canopy view, The room was super clean and the bed oh my! I was held up by its coziness and woke up late. I almost forgot! I got an incredible view of the whole stadium yoh, I wish there was a match.

I had a great experience at Canopy view Hotel Meru. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. My room was clean and cozy, and the little personal touches really stood out. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared each morning. Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay truly special. I’d definitely come back!

I was warmly greeted by the concierge, who offered me a welcome drink while my luggage was swiftly taken to my room. The lobby was elegantly decorated, with soft lighting, fresh flowers, and calming background music that immediately set a relaxing tone. After a smooth check-in, I was escorted to my room — a spacious suite with floor-to-ceiling windows, plush bedding, and modern amenities.

From my view of canopy it a very classic,, unique,,, beautiful and comfort zone for family time… I really enjoyed the place and love it… would wish to revisit again and again… Talk of cleaness they are on top… congratulations canopy family.

I spent my Easter Holidays at your establishment and the event was enjoyable.
The state of the art finishing was excellent.
Privacy top notch.
Rooms and house keeping was excellent.
Improvement areas.
Breakfast was below expectations, very poor. Invest on a quality chef.
No variety.
Parking space needs improvement, see if neighbor can lease some space for secure parking with privacy.
The staff also need training on customer relations, they declined to let us view the Mount Kenya from the canopy which is and was the main reason we chose the facility. However your Receptionist Sam was good in receiving the party when we booked.
I would recommend others but those changes are a must.
I would spend a night again only if on business but not on holiday.

Top-notch amenities, the food was absolutely incredible with a wide variety of options and the staff's attention and warmth made my stay impeccable.

My team and I stayed at Canopy View Hotel Meru for just one night but it was worth the drive! The ambience was modern! The shower and bathroom were large and spacious! The shower head and digital mirror that gets rid of the steam was a welcome feature! The breakfast was delicious! Wifi was strong and stable! The smart TV had all the necessary streaming apps like YouTube, Netflix etc. The bed and beddings were cozy and comfortable. Big up Canopy Team.

I recently stayed at Canopy hotel with my husband during a challenging time as we prepared for our Mum funeral. The rooms were clean, providing a comforting and peaceful retreat during such an emotional period.
The staff led by Sam were very kind and supportive.

What a pleasant experience! Was my first time to be in Meru town with a group of close friends. All the way from the booking to the actual check in, stay and check out, I must say Samuel and team are well trained to wow guests. The executive rooms were spacious, clean and of great hospitality standard. Our dinner was great! Breakfast was equally good. This exceeded my expectations. Create more parking space for motorists visiting the hotel. Bravo!
