Fantastic service and food, but noise and navigation need attention.

Location.
The hotel is conveniently situated with good access to the surrounding area. However, for those who prefer not to rely on Google Maps—especially older guests or first-time visitors—it would be incredibly helpful to have a clear, visible sign on the main road indicating the hotel entrance and direction. We had a bit of trouble spotting it at first. That said, once we arrived, the professional security at the gate gave us a very warm and safe welcome.
Atmosphere.
The overall vibe is warm and inviting. The friendly and professional staff really elevate the atmosphere, making you feel valued from the moment you step into the lobby.
Rooms.
The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained, with great bedding for a good night's rest—when outside conditions allow it. The space was more than adequate for a relaxing stay.
Value.
Given the high level of service, excellent cleanliness, and the delicious breakfast, the stay offered good value for money. That said, addressing the noise and tech issues would make it exceptional value.
Cleanliness.
Spotless. Every area—from the entrance and lobby to the rooms and common spaces—was impeccably clean. Housekeeping clearly takes great pride in their work.
Noise level.
Unfortunately, this was the biggest drawback of our stay. There was a significant amount of outside noise that disturbed our sleep at night. We would strongly suggest investing in better soundproofing measures—such as double-glazed windows, better insulation, or heavier curtains—to ensure a more peaceful experience for future guests.
Service.
Exceptional across the board. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive—whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or even at the gate. They are truly the hotel's greatest asset.

The breakfast spread was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety to start the day right.
