My party of four had lunch on 23rd oct. 2020. The soup of the day, beef was great with fresh rolls. It went down hill from there. The starter fish fingers was not available and the chicken wings were boiled with sauce poured on them.
the chicken jumbo came with missing chunks of meat also slathered with sauce. Overcooked mixed vegetables and tasteless boiled goat completed the meal. We actually had to go home and cook another dinner.

The hotel ambiance is perfect. The Hotel Staff are very friendly and welcoming! God bless you all!

My second time at Kyaka Hotel, the first time I was around they were just completing on construction, very welcoming and courteous staff, nice fresh food, cozy rooms, and a nice out of town ambience, the only down side is the road to the hotel which is not of their doing.

Beautiful place, perfect restaurant, spacious, modern conference facilities. The service is very good. Unfortunately there is little space for outdoor evenys and the feeder roads are bad though they are under construction.

Went for a one week training by the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. Excellent facility and services at Kyaka Hotel!

The place is good but the entrance to the hotel is so pathetic. The road need to be done especially during the rainy season you can easily get stuck in the mad and walking is not possible unless you plan to change shoes. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible and something has to be done about it.

The food and serenity is awesome. Their sports bar is lovely. The apartments section is enticing.

Got here quite late in the night but found very helpful and attentive staff who helped with the check-in. The place is very quiet, except for the fact that since I woke to a Sunday morning there was a church service within the premises. Very safe parking too. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower was only either hot or cold so I had to keep switching on and off as it was cold and needed it warm. Breakfast was quite a huge variety and plenty for the price. Will surely be back!

This Hotel is the best ever in Machakos town. The services are excellent. The MD, the Manager, and staff are very kind and the rooms are very clean. The food and drinks are very well prepared and I personally was totally satisfied after spending a day and a night there. That is where hospitality and comfort are surely redifined.

High end for this town. Easy access within town ample parking and good services. Offers accommodation and conference rooms plus Wi-Fi.

Great place. The manager was quite gracious in her reception the team loved it. Chao Msalame I believe was her name. Anyway the place is great, just a bit limited in the outdoor aspect.

Serene environment and great business hotel. Hospitable staff, would go back there anytime. Rooms are ok but can be better with air-conditioning and a fridge otherwise ok. Food is well cooked and you get to enjoy its natural and fresh taste. The mixed tea is one of the best I have ever had! Keep up.

Kyaka Hotel is the best in the Eastern Region, and within a very short period of time it shall be the best in the Country Kenya. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It's located in a quiet place which everyone wants. The meals are the best. And most of all, the services offered by the staff are the best I have ever seen. The staff are very kind, very caring, and always smiling! You get there, you wish you never leave the Hotel. God bless Kyaka, the Director, the Manager, and the whole Kyaka Hotel family.

Good clean place. Spacious rooms with wide bed and TV. Fairly good food.

I asked for the Chef's salad and got… onions… lots of onions. Sorry guys but, nooooooooo. On the bright side at least your waitress is really nice.

I loved my stay in Kyaka Hotel. From the gate man who offered to carry my bag to the reception where I met mike and Harriet. I also loved the warm welcome from Rosa and the guys at the restaurant. My one week training was amazing thanks to you guys. I must say you have a special way of handling your clients and making them fell at home. Excellent customer care. I especially recommend Ernest from the front desk, he deserves an award! He catered to mine and my colleague's needs to a "t. " This is the kind of service we need. To the chef at dinner time, the food is very tasty and I am very picky about food so you are doing extremely well. Keep it up Kyaka Hotel!
