A nice and serene place to chill and enjoy some time to tasty meals, Thumbs up to my waiter of the day Edwin, a very cool professional guy, welcoming and with superb customer service and very hospitable. It's a great hotel when you're looking for a place to swim while at Embu.

Beautiful place with affordable accomodation. The rooms are classified into deluxe, standard and executive, with carpeted floors that ensures you're warm even on cold nights.

Staff and service from staff was good.
But I arrived late and there were no amenities at all. No slippers no soap… shower was not working. Sheets were clean but smelly. Very bad experience on my part and as a first timer I don't I'll ever visit the place. They need to improve.

Food is great. Bone fires at night… bed and showers is 100% my best experienc. Love the view, landscaping. Gardens. So many trees. They even have a car wash. Very clean and honest staff… your car will not miss anything.

I recently stayed at the oriental palace and had an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering great local recommendations. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Located at PI, at the border of Embu and Kirinyaga. Strategically along the Nairobi-Embu-Meru Highway, very serene environment conducive for conferences, group activities and family time.

Their executive rooms re the best in embu. It is out of the town hues making it abit private. The attendants are very polite and timely. Their food is awesome too. A five star for this any day any time. I hope they maintain their standards.

Its best restaurant with best services and affordable rooms, and their parking is spacious thus the kids and adults enjoy swimming and free Wi-Fi.

To the owner I would like to recommend this car wash cleaner I think he is from Luhya ethnicity. This guy does his work perfectly the reason I usually come back for my car wash. Kudos. When I will be back you will get a tip for sure.

Best place I have ever gone.

We stayed over at Oriental this March and we got the best service. From the two receptionists, to the soldier at the gate, the chef who was on night duty, the service at breakfast… everything was superb. I recommend this place again and again. We shall definitely come back.
