Are past 2 years from our holiday in Kenya and stay at Mimi na Wewe, the memory of which is indelible, not a day passes that does not think about the smells, colors and the great professionalism and sympathy of Gloria and Gianni. Be back soon.

I was in Kenya for a handful of days, my first trip to this land of captivating, where every thing is particular, unique. A little skeptical during the ride from the airport, but at the opening of the gate of the lodge, all my doubts vanished: the
Paradise. The acceptance of the extraordinary Glory, along with his impeccable staff, made me feel immediately at ease, like being among people you know from a life, a real family. Glory charismatic, protective, counselor, solar, decisive, but above all courageous, has contributed to making my short vacation memorable. Gianni, of sympathy and irony very pleasant. The Mimi na Wewe, lodge well-kept in detail, the clean rooms, where there is everything you need, the garden rigogliosissimo with various species of plants, the swimming pool there is a love, is the reception with the beautiful Anna, the common areas extremely, the restaurant with products made by sweet chef with smells, flavours and colours which put in motion all the five senses. All furnished and in a typical way but, above all, spotlessly CLEAN. What else can I say? Go there as soon as possible, so that we can touch, taste, look, feel, and breathe the wonderful "AFRICA"

I returned to Italy this morning after a short but intense stay in Kenya at the resort : Mimi Na Wewe. Qnd Sn arrived I was crying x the heat because I wasn't used to it and I suffer a lot, qnd Sn gone I was crying xke nn I wanted to leave the place and especially the owners of the resort : gloria and Gianni, unique and fantastic people who together with their staff pampered us making us feel at home. The resort is surrounded by nature, the accommodations comfortable and very clean and disinfected several times a day, the kitchen cared for in detail by the splendid glory. A relaxing holiday to the fullest thanks to glory that is ready to solve all kinds of problems, from the change of money to the organization of the safari, to the "tuc tuc" that arrives in a moment and takes you to the various beautiful beaches. We have met guests who have been returning to Mimi Na Wewe for years and now we understand why. Thank you again gloria and Gianni, you are in our hearts, soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Here is where we are on holiday in a beautiful hotel, modern, clean with all the comforts and above all welcoming and staff very attentive to your needs, and that is to say run by people that make you see and experience these places in a remarkable way, we are very pleased with this hotel is wonderful.

Gloria and Gianni have created a veritable paradise of thatched and wood roofs and a lush garden with coconut palms and other beautiful plants. The rooms are comfortable to make you feel at home and like family. You will be pampered by the cuisine that Gloria always tries to improve, combining local traditions and Italian cuisine to perfection. We ate well. Breakfasts are plentiful and yummy. Trust the always right advice of Gloria and Gianni to explore the surroundings safely and with an open heart for a holiday away from the tourist circuits. They will introduce you to beautiful people who will host you and show with a smile their way of life and their culture. You will have the opportunity to contribute with concrete help to the school or the people you will meet. A wonderful experience that enriches and will make you go away with tears and the desire to return. The beaches are beautiful and even in the rain Kenya has its charm! Start without prejudice and an open mind and you will be rewarded with a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It's a nice place for tourist in watamu.

It's ma neighbourhood and on ma view it's the best place to visit once you are in Kenya and at Watamu small town. The best and fabulous.

Village setting, at home, beautiful enviroment.

It's a nice place situated near watamu malindi road.

My family and I stayed in Kenya for two weeks. Arriving after a rather tiring trip, we walked through the gate of the Mimi na Wewe and immediately relaxed and forgot everything else. The welcome of Gloria and Gianni was warm and joyful and we felt totally at ease. A lush and beautiful garden, yummy fruit, coffee and a dip in the pool… so our holiday began!
And then we realized that we are really immersed in the reality of this corner of the world, because the lodge is located right inside the village of Timboni, where you really breathe the air of Africa. The location of this property, combined with the experience of Gloria and Gianni, provided us with a privileged perspective on this world that we wanted so much to know.
We were able to enjoy the wonderful nature of this place, its breathless beaches, the truly incredible safari, led by the beloved, honest, attentive, sunny and enthusiastic Jimmy, our number one, who filled us eyes and heart of a nature to love and respect.

Mimi na wewe, is the perfect place that allows you to feel at home in front of a country paradise all to be discovered, such as Kenya. The inexhaustible desire of Glory and Gianni makes you feel like family and make you feel unique experiences is the reason that makes this place the ideal one for a trip to the real Africa. Here there are no tourist excursions packaged where you can see but don't try anything, here there are excursions to wonderful places that many agencies even know, here you have the possibility to get to know the life of the inhabitants, you can visit the villages, you can admire nature in its most fascinating views, and you can make safari your programs and wonderful (accompanied by people competent of the place) ; in short, Mimi na Wewe is the perfect place for those who want to get excited and to beat your heart directly in Africa! Close to various beautiful beaches, with a sea of covers and a white sandy beach, the cottage also allows you to live moments of absolute relaxation. Great cooks, friendly and precise care for all the detail! Pleasant tea drunk in the company in the afternoon in the garden, maybe after a dip in the swimming pool; and the beautiful and endless experience after dinner where you go from laughter to a deeper knowledge of the people of kenya. In short, pack a few things, and then think of everything when you're there… I Could go on for hours… We've left the heart.
