One of the nice places along Thika super highway. The road leading to the hotel needs to be constructed. Once that happens, even the value will tripple. Friendly and professional staff.

Lovely swimming pool, clean and big enough. The hotel is clean and well maintained. There is a restaurant at the pool area as well as another one on first floor. The Sports Bar is also on first floor. Cool bar to seat back relax and have a meal and drink. The Spa and Health Centre on second is also awesome. The Spa has a jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna and massage. The health centre a gym. Good place to spend a day. Don't know how the rooms look like though…

•Awful customer care at the restaurant. •Overall appearance of the hotel from the outside is terrible, there's dust everywhere. •Conferencing service available but I'd be careful with what theyr'e serving.

Decent place. Clean. Food seems really good or just ok. Beds are very firm. If you need quiet you will want to get a room on the pool side of the building due to road noise and loud music.

It's cool. A swimming pool to compliment on the quality of service offered there.

The milkshake was not as good, the steak slightly tough. The breakfast portions of pancakes, ndumas, sausages and samosas are good and well done.

I loved my stay in the hotel, most of all I loved the fact that after checking out I had forgotten some of my stuff and they called me and kept it safe.

Nice interior finishes and offers a whole lot of pocket friendly luxury services. You need to just be there to get understand the feeling of letting go. They do offer business packages too, definitely check in or call in for that. I just love the steam baths and pool area.

It's an awesome place for a getaway. A health club including a spa (sauna, steambath, jakuzi). They also have a swimming pool with a guard on standby to keep watch on the kids. Loved my experience there.

Stayed there 1 night prior to our wedding day and the place was awesome. Food customer service. We also had our wedding evening dinner there and our guests were also impressed.

The location is perfect and the spa is decent but it pretty much ends there. The quality of customer service is the lowest I have ever experienced starting at the reception! The food was very average. I'm guessing you can do better right?

Good place to be when tired in Nairobi city centre. It has an helipad. Think of any entertainment and you get it here. Food is fantastic. Good for weekend. Good swimming pool. I go to swim almost every weekend.

The place is awesome and big up to the business owner for putting up such a superb hotel/ conference center in that location. This place has a bar, restaurant, swimming pool, conference rooms and hotel rooms. Rooms a bit pricey but worth it.

Good ambience, very quiet and great views from top floor rooms. Looks great for weekend gateaway. With a swimming pool area bar. Sip your drink while sitting on water bar stool.

This is the worst place you can go… food takes ages to be delivered… staff running up and down forgetting what you ordered… they won't give a babysit by the pool… ave always told people I need to try this place out… WORST MISTAKE EVER! neveeeeerrrr agaaiiiiin… don't go to this place! It's just a nice building but bad service… Oh and waiters confused our order! Just dissapointed!

A little slow service, okay food (could be better) … awesome space (which isn't being fully exploited) potential for great ideas that could be implemented to make the place exotic!

It is one of the best in town. It has ample parking space and conference facilities. Nice meals and comfy rooms.

I have been visiting this place for quite some time. Esp on sunday I love the sauna and jakuzi but I feel so bad when I come with my hubby we have to use different rooms for ths service. Is it possible for the management to get a jakuzi n sauna for couples only. It will really work out. Thanks.
