DHE Jomels Hotel

This a good hotel, relatively new and seems like the owner is exposed to good hotels.
If not for the constant flat/not charging faster battery of the door that made the access RFID Proximity Cards take long to open the door to my room (Boryspil) I would have said its excellent.

During our visit, we observed that the receptionists appeared to lack the authority to make decisions independently. The need to consult the manager for every decision led to delays and, in our case, a wait of 2 hours for an ETR Reciept. The manager's tone was also noted as being less than courteous, which detracted from our overall experience.
There was lack of transparency as the receptionist seemingly resorted to providing inaccurate information to cover up for management shortcomings. This behavior contradicted the notion that service to others is the highest calling, as we did not witness such commitment during our visit.
This experience has left us with reservations about returning to your hotel and, equally, makes it challenging for us to recommend it to others.

I had a negative encounter with the receptionists who lacked decision-making authority and provided false information about the availability of a specific room I requested, claiming it was under maintenance.
Regarding the request for Managu vegetables, I received a mixture of Managu, Terere, and kales, which differed from what I had requested.
Their turnaround time (TAT) was unacceptably low, and they were unwilling to provide an ETIMS receipt, which is a necessary document for accounting for expenses in my company.

A relaxed and up class venue for work, rest or sleep. The staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel boasts of top notch conference facilities for a small group, not to mention the high quality of room service.
The community around is however poor and the access roads are wanting.

A very nice place to be you can even forget that you in Siaya however if the County Government can help the community to se good shopping centres along and away from the road Siaya can grow to be a wonderful city.
