Good location, friendly staff and large rooms. That is what I expect arriving from western Europe. Here at Hilton Garden Inn in Astana I find what I am looking for.

Good position of hotel, Nice clean place.

Quiet, calm, little people. The lobby is handy for negotiations.

I prefer this hotel for a long time. Meets all my expectations. Nice and quiet rooms, friendly staff, very close to Khan Shatyr and many different malls and restaurants. Easy to reach airport. Descent fitness centre to exercise.

Do not atay here! TERRIBLE!, INCOMPETENT and CORRUPT hotel. I never thougjt I would use these worda on a Hilton hotel. Here are the facts that justify my assessment. 1. Stayed overnight. Terrible smell while I was sleeping, then realized it was the pillow that they did not change from previous person who stayed in the same room. 2. I had visitors in the lobby who ordered food, which came undercooked and not eatable. 3. When I entered the toilet, the cleaner was singing off the sheet sa if she just cleaned the room. It was easy to see she did not clean the room. 4. Due to safety reason, I prefer ordering hotel’s own vehicles to go to the airport. When I asked hotel personnel to order me their own hotel car, they said yes and charged 6000 tenge to my room. When I got out, I see that they ordered regular city econom taxi which I could have ordered easily myself for 2500 tenge. They decided to charge more than 2 times the amount, and while doing it they decide to lie to me that it is the hotel car.

This is not the first time I have stayed here for one night. Great staff, always give early check-in (about 11), clean rooms, cute bar. Don't expect luxury from this hotel, but the price is moderate. The world level in Astana at reasonable prices. Recommend.

We rented an assembly hall for the meeting. A buffet was organized. Acoustics and appliances work perfectly.

Great hotel. Good staff and nice rooms. The restaurant staff is much worse though. Food wasn't good cooked and they didn't bothered to ask what we wanted (no table service)

Very nice hotel with large room and great service. There is also sauna and gym. Breakfast was awesome. Desk staff speak English very well. Wifi works fast enough. There was only issue with bathroom shower — there is no curtain so when you take shower whole bathroom is wet.

OK hotel for the weekend. Standard room, bathrobes and Slippers, friendly staff, good location. Of the minuses: poor sound insulation, bad ventilation hood (from the neighbors pulled tobacco) and good Breakfast buffet.

I stayed here for bit more than 2 weeks. Hotel situated in great part of city. Almost middle. It's clean, quiet and cozy. Big and wide windows. Always welcoming personnel. Nice roo. S ventilation. Room declarations and simplicy is great addition. There is nothing unneeded in rooms. I personally liked a 102" big screen LCD TV in my room and free Wi-Fi entries hotel. Also hotel have great meeting places in hall. I'm recommending and giving 5*.

My experience here was great as I traveled to the city for work. The staff was very professional and kind during check-in and check-out. The room itself was clean and modern, as I believe this is a newer hotel. The breakfast option was great offering a wide variety of options for multinational guests. Location was superb as well.

Very efficient service which is greatly appreciated when checking in the middle of the night. Very nice room, good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast is not the best I have seen but very acceptable. The location is perfectly located close to the main avenue with Astana landmark colorful tower. Several nice restaurant within a walking distance.

Nice international level hotel in Astana. Conveniently located closed to the new city center.

Nice hotel just in down town, good food, but by the end of the day, it does not worth 208$ per night.

Hilton Garden Inn is a 3-star hotel which pretends it is a 4-star one. A mismanaged place, with omlette made of egg powder, cheapest sausages bought in local Ramstore and conserved fruit of questionable quality. The dinners (if you dare to order one at the hotel) are cooked in the microwave. 5000 KZT for a something the Chef thinks is a burger, but in reality just a tasteless bun with unfrozen meat and some lettuce. The poor breakfast administrator is instructed to annoy guests with "how are you today sir" and "have a nice day sir". Prostitues in the bar. Wellcome back to the CIS of the 90s. Don't stay here unless it is the cheapest or the last option available.

The hotel very much! The rooms are no comments, the Breakfast is very decent. But as always even in such hotels the weakest link — staff. He stopped several times, went by night and each time the receptionist at the entrance makes different conditions under the terms of an early departure. Conditions not specified in advance when booking on Booking, but in the future will probably have to specify this separately so as not to incur unnecessary costs. But everything else was OK!

Staying here after Park Inn I can pick the only word to describe — uncomfortable. Cold and unpleasant rooms with some chemical smell, quite distinct noise from the street.

The internet here is superior and the beds are so comfortable! The room are designed nicely with a good view on both sides.
