Very lovely staff! as at reception and the maids in the rooms! create a real home comfort! the rooms are newly renovated. New furniture. Good location (almost in the center of the city). I really like that there before Breakfast (which by the way is included in the room price) was a buffet, and this year set menu which can be enjoyed in the evening.

Great Gym! in Petropavlovsk.

A good place for sports and recreation by the whole family. The only pity is that there is no children's disposable ticket. The pool price for adults and children is one.

The hotel is not far from the city center, near Pawnshop, exchange office, shopping center. Car parking is available on site. No elevator. Restaurant, fitness center, spa, complex breakfasts in the restaurant, conference hall for 90-100 people.

Decent rooms only in the new part. The old part is actively remodel. The hotel gave up a mediocre buffet for breakfast in favour of three options of complex breakfasts-it became better. There is a free fitness room with swimming pool and sauna. Free Wi-Fi.

There are downsides. There are no hats, slippers, no spoon. Called asked from the reception, answered the saying themselves go down and take away from the restaurant. There were three days without robes and slippers. But I think the maids work great! Everything is in place, clean, beautiful!
