The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Fantastic hotel with lots of really cool history. Staff were lovely, room was really nice, and price was very reasonable.

Clean room with big windows, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. And we woke up to find freshly cooked delicious breakfast, coffee, tea in the hotel dining room.

The Art Nouveau Hotel is located on an internal quiet side street of Abay Street. There is a school nearby, opposite a half-century-old Stalin building.

I visited the sauna in this hotel complex. Wonderful place, great sauna, nice, warm pool. A good place to spend time with your family and loved ones.

There was an electric kettle in the room, but the outlet didn't work. The heating system couldn't be adjusted, so it was hot.

We were there in 23rd year, when there were no saunas in each room of the duplex) I liked the atmosphere, the kitchen, the friendly staff. This time we specifically booked a duplex with a sauna.

I didn't go into the building. Large parking lot, barrier, security booth. The territory is flat, clean. The building looks like you're not in Karaganda.

We were pleasantly surprised that there are such neat hotels along the highway. We were driving from Almaty to Burabay, decided to have a rest on the way and the choice fell on this hotel.

Everything is great, quick check-in. Clean and spacious room, has everything you need: bath and shower accessories, slippers, towels, robes, plenty of water. Delicious breakfast, nice people.
