Millenium Hotel

We're so glad we found this atmospheric place. Thank you to the staff for their responsiveness, kindness, and warm welcome. They helped us with everything we needed to know during our entire stay in Balkhash. Thanks for the excellent cuisine and the convenience. Parking is available on site. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's Wi-Fi. I'll always stay with you!

Disgusting. The rooms weren't cleaned after previous guests. There was an empty bottle with gum stuck to it in the refrigerator, used soap in the shower, and another unpleasant discovery behind the bed. We stayed because we couldn't find anything else that night with our child.

Previously there were breakfasts, now nothing. Unfriendly. The room costs 14, 000 tenge, the curtains are torn off, just tied in a knot.

Good location in the city center, 10 minutes walk to the lake and the same in the other direction to the bus station. Lots of different grocery stores nearby. Sauna in the hotel for an additional fee.

Smells like sewage.
No hot water (a 20-liter boiler for the entire hotel)
The cleaning quality leaves much to be desired, even though I rented a suite.
Pros: good mattress, location, price.

The hotel is a disaster. The toilet isn't secured. The shower stall doesn't work properly. You have to stand next to the sink to wash your face; otherwise, you won't fit between the sink and the shower stall. I never got batteries for the TV remote control. I had to buy my own. The pillow on the bed is decorative; you can't sleep on it. The TV is on a low nightstand, making it impossible to watch while lying down. The beer in the buffet is lukewarm (and not just beer), and for some reason the refrigerator won't cool down. And it holds juice, chocolate, and even milk. Don't stay at this hotel.

The bed mattresses are not inferior to wooden trestle beds in terms of hardness, the entire bathroom runs from the toilet to the shower stall, the audibility of administrators and neighboring rooms is at a height. I do not advise.

Clean, comfortable, polite and friendly staff.

I work in a travel agency, I’ve seen a lot of hotels around Kazakhstan, but I haven’t seen this even in the simplest hostels: we checked in closer to night, the room was obviously not cleaned: the toilet, I apologize for the expression, was all splattered, even the bed linen was not changed — on the pillows, sheets hair. Even the old noisy clock showed the wrong time)

The hotel is great! The service is great! The service is not inferior to 3-4 star hotels in some big cities with supposedly high service. And as for the hotel, the level of service is excellent! Well done!

Cozy, clean, a great option for a night or a week. There is a cafe. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable. I recommend to all.
