Apart from the location it didn't have anything good. You could hear the sound from all other rooms. Rooms are too small.

Room is large size.
Bed quality is just okay. Also bed is not large size but fine for two people.

2-3 min walk to bus station.
Many restaurant and market is nearby walkable distance. Also surrounding is foreigner friendly and safe.

The worst hotel I have stayed in almaty, employees were very rude to tourists, worst customer service, the staff were behaving very rude, no respect at all.

I rented a room for 7-8 hours, since the weather was cold and snowy, for a little rest, it wasn't bad, the location was a bit on the north side of the city, it was ok.

I visit Almaty very often and only stop there now every time. The conditions are very pleasing: quiet, calm, and of course 10 out of 10 cleanliness everywhere. The girls who work there are always polite, the administrator Ainagul and the maid Kuanysh, thank you, the girls are always helpful, they greet you with a smile! I wish you prosperity and more such employees!

In principle, it's not bad, the main advantage for us was that the payment for accommodation here is not from 2 pm to 11 am the next day, but by the hour — that is, you can arrive late in the evening, pay for the day and you can also leave only late in the evening — this is convenient for those who have a train, the train station is a 20-minute walk away. The rooms themselves, of course, are tired, but the bed linen was fresh, the Wi-Fi basically worked, we were allowed to use the refrigerator from the reception, and we had our own kettle with us — so we did not experience any particular inconveniences.
