Hotel MARSO

We stayed at the hotel for two days on a business trip, it was very clean, cozy, the staff was polite and friendly. Now we will only come here.

I liked absolutely nothing!
No, no and no again! When we arrived to check in, it turned out that there was no cold water. Cancel the reservation? But then they will withdraw money from the card per day (25, 000 tenge). Remained. By the way, we were able to wash ourselves; the water ran warm. But I couldn’t sleep either on the first night or on the second — on the first night they were hammering with a well lid until 2 am (apparently they were trying to find a fault in the water shutoff), and they were partying in an Uzbek restaurant until 4 am. If you don’t close the window, it’s hot, and the air conditioner will blow directly onto your bed (it’s easy to catch a cold). On the second night we moved to another room, next to the administration on the 1st floor (on the other side of the Uzbek restaurant), but no such luck… no air conditioning, but with the window open until 3 in the morning! Uzbeks bazaared, sang songs, cars honked and headlights hit the window. For two days I still haven’t managed to get even a little sleep!
What is the difference in prices in rooms for 20 and 25t tenge is not clear, because for 25t tenge the room was slightly worse than for 20t. We must pay tribute, with the windows closed, the sound insulation is ideal, but you can’t sleep with the windows closed (in the summer).

Excellent, clean and cozy, polite staff, I liked everything, I only stay here.
