I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel employee, Mr. Ismail, my friend and I arrived and he checked us in early 🙏moreover, he was very kind and gave us a very comfortable room with air conditioning, everything was clean and clear 🤗very good, I really liked it, thank you very much, I recommend this hotel, my friend and I were very satisfied, thank you🥰

The carpet is in old dirty stains. Torn tulle. Terrible Wi-Fi. Dirty shower tray without a door (water pours onto the floor) and with a strong blockage. We fell for the positive reviews on Booking.
It feels like the owner/manager doesn't care about the development of the hotel. Accordingly, the employees don't care either. Even the clock with the local time of different cities of the world doesn't work at the reception 🫤
They offered to move us to a "better quality" room for a review on Booking.
This is how they solve the problem of attracting new customers.
On the plus side — a really good breakfast. On the plate there is everything you need, what you would choose at the buffet. The location is also good. It is quiet and calm around, not far from the main places of the city. But not in the very center.

Read to the end: I really regret choosing this hotel for two nights.
There's no soundproofing; you can hear whispers/snoring from neighboring rooms/the hallway. It was also very noisy at night (we could hear the people next door laughing/coming in and out of the room until at least 2-3 a. M. ).
There's a foul odor in the bathroom! You don't know how to open the shower door completely (if you're not "thin, " I think it'll be difficult to get in! ).
No way to turn the heating down or up!
The bed sheet wasn't big enough to cover the entire mattress (see photo), I've never seen anything like that! It's really very dirty, that part of the bed can't be changed, and I doubt it's "washed"!
We stayed two nights, and no housekeeper came on the second day, so nothing was cleaned or changed!
The staff wasn't very friendly either!
For €10 more, you can stay at the EastPalace, which is much better quality.

We paid almost $200 for two rooms for two nights. This hotel is priced at $50, if they shouldn't charge extra for choosing this nightmare. I've never been to such a disgraceful hotel. I don't even know what's better: the architectural design, where your knees hit the wall on the toilet, the gaps in the door the size of a fist, the tiny standard rooms where you can't even unpack a suitcase… We had a dog kennel and a room upscale, yes, the second room is a couple of steps larger. The unique design—a million switches for every type of lighting, one of which jammed, and we barely got it off. The only nice thing about this superior room is the mountain view. In my room, the shower was pouring onto the floor…

The hotel is ideally located, not in the city center, but within easy reach of everything. It's not a slutty place, mostly business travelers. The staff is polite. As a smoker, I appreciated the balcony on the same floor with an ashtray. The room is quite spacious. The location is quiet.
The quality is inferior to the price. Everything in the room is tired, the linens are stale, the breakfast is monotonous (oatmeal, scrambled eggs with sausage, vegetables, cheese, bread), and the scrambled eggs are so oversalted that it's awful, the salt crunches in your teeth – this happened for five days! The bathroom handle was broken (they fixed it upon request, but it needs to be done beforehand! ), and one of the shower doors was missing, so despite careful washing, water spilled onto the floor. The towels smelled stale. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the management is lacking, and perhaps the owner is unwilling or unaware of the current situation. It's clearly going downhill.
