The staff.
The elevator was constantly audible, all night long. The room was right next to it. There was no blanket, but there were small, old throws. Overall, the room was very tired. But if you really need a place to stay and just need to spend the night, it's fine.

Worst experience. Unresponsive host. No guidelines. Advertised as a hotel though it is an apartment. Was left without an accommodation though I booked a day prior. Worst ever.

Here is the entrance. I searched for a long time. It was raining so hard. It was okay except for finding the front. Finding the entrance was hell.

Close to the visa center. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a desk for working on a computer. There is Internet. The bed is big. The only negative is that it is difficult to find a reception on the 11th floor in a residential complex 😺

Not a word was said that the hotel is located in a residential building.
We arrived early in the morning, there is no sign, no intercom number, they don't pick up the phone, they didn't even know in which entrance this facility is located. We stood on the street for an hour 😱

It is not easy to find the hotel. 11th floor of a residential building. There is no sign or hotel name. I was able to enter by asking the shops next door. Price per night is 25000 tenge. Duvet and slippers in the room. They didn't put soap. When I reminded him, he was given a quilt. I had to because I was in a hurry and tired. Do not stay unless you are in a difficult situation. There is no breakfast. I do not recommend at all.

So,
1) The hotel is located in a residential building. But there are no (no) signs or signs. The description states intercom 200, 11th floor. If you think logically, then intercom 200 should be in the first entrance. And this is true) but why indicate this in the description, right? I love quests. Next — the intercom is in fact not 200, but 173 — don’t thank me, I just saved you time and nerves. It's difficult to correct the description, right?
2) If you have a room with a view of the mountains, this does not mean that you will see them. That doesn't mean it at all. I was given a room on the first floor (basement) overlooking the fence. In response to my question, what about the actual PCHM, if the description is different, I received the answer that you have to pay extra for a view of the mountains from the 11th floor and in general all the rooms there are occupied.
3) The condition of the room is simply terrible. Cockroaches, I saw one in person, but I think there are more of them, by the way, the girl from the reception also saw him when she entered the room, but did not react at all, apparently she got used to it. Rusty plumbing fixtures, a watering can with a torn hose that simply leaks from all the unnecessary holes, bedside tables with drawers without a bottom, peeling wallpaper sealed with tape and that’s all.
4) Well, the general impression is that no one there cares about anything, and about you in particular. Nobody is responsible for anything.

I love the place. No disturbance. Close to everything. Spacious. Quiet. Reasonable.

First of all, impossible to find — no instructions in the booking for the exact address or how to get there, even nothing received after I called them and they promised to send a picture. For anyone in the same boat — it's in entrance 1 of the building, located next to a shop in the courtyard, the intercom code 200 (just enter and wait after the signal sounds the door should open), 11th floor.
Also, the staff was not welcoming or English speaking or friendly or helpful.
Finally, the cherry on top — the room was advertised to be fitting four adults but there was only a double bed and an armchair which unfolds into what could be a children bed at best, no way an adult can sleep on that. According to the staff that counts as bed and the chair can be used to support the legs sticking out (see pictures). Not a joke, honestly what they told us. In the end after some discussion an uncomfortable foldable bed was brought but it's no room for 3 or 4 by any means. Otherwise ok for two and for the price.

Bad place.
1. The Internet is absolutely zero. They installed internet in the rooms via a SIM card, but the connection is disgusting. Moreover, the Internet at the reception is as expected, 100 Mb/s.
2. The owner made a refund in cash (we asked) and for some reason we paid a fee for ATM withdrawals from his card 🤦🏼‍♂️

Worst management, rooms were given to someone else as we went 2 hours late because of flight getting delayed. Money eaters and no ethics.

The rooms are good, one side overlooking the mountains and Kok-Tobe.
But breakfast is not included in the price, you need to pay for it separately, 1500 tenge.
And they also don’t do documents for business travelers, for this I had to call a third party, an accountant, who did the documents for a fee, 5% of the cost of living.
