This used to be a good hotel, but its glory days are long gone.
We were lucky. The furniture didn't fall on our heads, and the plumbing worked. The neighboring rooms were in moderate to severe disrepair.
We were forced to stay in this hotel for one day. We went to another for the night.

It's amazing how one dissatisfied lady, bringing her domestic problems from home and pouring them out on guests, can ruin and cancel out all the advantages of staying at a hotel. No hello, no goodbye. It felt like I came to her home to live for free. Two other older ladies were kind and responsive. But not her. Apparently, it was the manager, I can't say for sure, she didn't introduce herself and I didn't see a badge. About 35-40 years old, black-haired. She acted as if she was the owner, and I was a freeloader and wouldn't pay for my room at all. You know, you can tolerate a lot and turn a blind eye if people smile at you. And somewhere there's dust, stains. All these are everyday problems that don't affect you in any way, but you can't stand the disgusting attitude. Even being there at the reception once again and catching her gaze was disgusting. Absolutely not satisfied.

The hotel is terrible! It needs major renovations, if not European standards… no hot water! The mess is unbearable! 15, 000 rubles a night is incredibly expensive! Cleaning is done once a year, the room is smoky, and the service is zero! There's an old woman at the reception winking at young people! If you see what's happening with the money, then it's just… crap!

I've been to many hotels, but this one is my personal top pick. I thought I'd already been to the bottom, but then there was a knock from below… This is exactly my favorite. Everything in the room is broken, the walls and floors are peeling, and it hasn't been renovated in 30 years. The plumbing barely works. Thankfully, there was hot water. Some rooms don't have heating. I survived five hours here while waiting for my flight. It's perfect for those who enjoy extreme sports and a thrilling experience, stepping out of their comfort zone.

I won't talk about the rooms; they look like they've been there since Soviet times. There was one pillow and one sheet for two people. We were warned in advance that we had a late arrival. The receptionist was absolutely terrible, apparently because she was woken up; she spoke through her teeth. She gave us a room on the third floor. My daughter and I had to drag our suitcases up the stairs. Afterward, we had neither the energy nor the desire to sort things out because of the one pillow and the lack of Wi-Fi.
But! I left my watch in the room, and they returned it to me three days later! I added a star for that. The bathroom was clean.
