While staying with you, we can truly say we were in a fairy tale. Everything was so well thought out and organized, everything was top-notch.

Good afternoon! I highly recommend this hotel to all guests! It's a great location, gated community, with a private beach with fine sand.

The hotel is in a stunning location with amazing views – truly breathtaking. However, the room had an unpleasant sour smell, likely coming from the carpet, which affected the comfort of the stay.

Great territory of the hotel but poor quality rooms.

The place has absolutely stunning natural beauty. I especially recommend staying in a separate house, with a dedicated sauna and a lake view that you wake up to.

The location is very central. The suite has plenty of space. Unfortunately in 4 days in our stay, it wasn't even offered to clean the room, so we had to tell to clean our room and change the towels.

Not a bad hotel on a busy Kenesary street. If you want to be in the thick of things, this is definitely the place to be. There is a Ferris wheel, a zoo, a museum, and the lake is very close.
