The owner is very nice, love smile like I do and extremely friendly. The owner kindly upgrade me to one with a balcony. The hotel also offer car hiring service for a fair price.

Cheap and friendly but the windows are too thin to block any of the loud city center commotion, especially the constant car horns.

Rooms are old and have an interesting smell, but the breakfast is quite nice and has a view.

Awesome location right across the beautiful St. George church and besides the main Madaba market streets! Big comfortable spacious rooms, excellent hospitality and cleanliness, and what a beautiful terrace with easy chairs, swings and 24*7 access to coffee bar, kitchen, refrigerator! The night view and the morning sunrise are perfect from the terrace. The breakfast is just adequate, lacks a bit of hot items, but good to go! The overall feel of the place is so vintage and so beautiful!

Very good location in the centre of Madaba. Ideal to explore all the sites of interest. Terrace with a great view. Clean room. Normal breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is more than okay for the price, the manager is a lovely man, breakfast is good and they have a nice terrace.

Very well situated, with a fantastique view from the rooftop, Moab land is a warm and cosy place with a kind and helpful staff. The breakfast, even so simple, is one of the best have had in Jordan.

Moab Land Hotel, right in the heart of Madaba close to all the restaurants. Our Host Hani was fantastic, who organised all our taxis and forward trips to the Dead Sea and Jarash. He is a very welcoming and a helpful host, the hotel is clean with great views over the city from the rooftop and the staff are also very friendly and helpful… thank you Hani!

Nice rooms, budget friendly, a great view and good staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine, nothing special. We stayed 3 nights and didn't notice any efforts to provide any cleaning or replacement towels, but we didn't ask either. Shower is really small, next to impossible for an adult to bend over without pushing out the shower curtain. Breakfast offered mostly the same we've found in other hotels with the addition of egg omelettes or hard boiled eggs. Orange Juice was provided one morning, more of an orange drink. Bed and pillow were comfortable, the street provided some noise till around 10pm and the nearby mosque provided its routine broadcast. Some good restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping for gifts and souvenirs.

I would to strongly suggest to those interested in finding a reasonable priced hotel with breakfast and the staff were more than friendly. That same afternoon the staff invited us for lunch at no cost and was delicious. The room was very clean and the beds oh so comfy. The location right in the heart of Madaba so close to markets and taxis if needed. I would be more than happy to book there again on my next visit.
