Queens Magic Camp

A great camp. We enjoyed it.
We spent one day/night here in April.
Unfortunately, our holiday schedule was very tight because this place is very special, so at least one more night would have been really worthwhile.
We had booked the Panorama Studio with terrace. We arrived early (as announced) and were allowed to move into our room straight away. The panoramic view of the landscape is unique and the terrace is very inviting.
The sunset spot that everyone goes to is within walking distance.
The room is beautiful, colourful, clean, functional and equipped with everything you need, the bed is queensize. Water and tea are complimentary.
The service is great, the pick up from the car park worked very well. We received a very warm welcome at the camp.
We booked the 8 hour jeep and walking tour and it was fantastic. We saw so many places, had a very tasty lunch in a special place surrounded by two camels with their cubs.
For dinner we had a really great buffet, some dishes were traditionally cooked under the sand. We were able to watch the dishes being dug out of the sand and taken out of the oven. It's an amazing process.
There was a good selection of salads and other dishes for vegetarians. We had baklava for dessert. Delicious.
Everything was wonderful, we couldn't have made a better choice, a definite recommendation.

Absolutely great experience. Location is great, the tent is well maintained. Breath taking views. The dinner is exceptional.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Jeep tour was great!
Breakfast was really good, the dining area is spacious and inviting.
Overall, I would definitely stay again.

I had a pleasant experience at a Deșert Magic Camp, a place with stunning landscapes and an authentic desert atmosphere. The accommodation in traditional tents was comfortable and relaxing, offering us a true immersion into the natural beauty of the region. The food was another highlight – delicious, fresh, and traditional dishes that fully satisfied us.
The only downside was the relatively long wait to be picked up from the camp parking lot and taken to the camp itself. However, this wasn’t a major issue considering the overall enjoyable and relaxing experience.
Overall, Wadi Rum is a fantastic place to connect with nature, and this camp was an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore this wonderful region!

Lovely quiet camp in the wadi rum desert! Wonderful food, kind host, comfy room! We took a two hour Jeep tour which I would definitely recommend and our driver was terrific and so kind! An amazing experience! The dinner at the camp was also excellent as was the fire and tea before and after. We enjoyed socializing with the other campers and hearing their travel stories at dinner :)

The tent's on stilts are a lovely way to get a better view, give you a small outdoor area and remove all insect worries! You get your own 'en-suite' loo and (cold) shower. The food is good — taking into consideration where you are and the people are all lovely — very welcoming and helpful. We had a memorable time after supper round the camp-fire chatting to other travellers.
But… it is rather 'simple' and slightly too close to Bidiyah to get a completely dark sky.

I loved this desert tour! It was an amazing experience! We visited so many interesting sites in the desert and then had the most delicious dinner with Arab dishes cooked underground, we stayed overnight in a hut and it was very nice. The employees were very friendly, specially Atiq.

What an incredible experience at an incredible camp. The camp was clean and our tents were so cozy and the heater kept us nice and warm in December. The staff was super friendly. The setup is fantastic with many places to lounge and relax at the campsite. We took advantage of some of the activities they offer, 4hr jeep tour, stargazing and morning camel ride. The food the served was delicious breakfast lunch and dinner!

Above expectations. Muhammad, the owner, provided great services. He got me an early date to see the train ride from the Jordan Pass. He made sure everyone is happy. The vibe at the camp was great. I would book with him directly next time to get a better deal.

Our (wife and 2 teenagers) stay at Desert Magic Camp and Resort was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, and we were thrilled to receive an upgraded room. One of the thoughtful touches was the availability of free water and hot tea, which was especially comforting during the cold winter evenings.
The food was a standout—the chef prepared incredible meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also went on a 6-hour tour through the camp, and our guide, Ateek, was fantastic. He was very informative and took us to some breathtaking spots around Wadi Rum.
Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Desert Magic Camp and Resort to anyone visiting the area!

Desert magic camp was an amazing experience, the tents were so comfortable. The dinner was delicious and lots of options. The staff were incredibly kind and treated us like family. A true Bedouin setting, serene and perfect… not at all like those fake looking plastic bubbles out there. We made the right choice staying here for our desert adventure. Tours and camels affordable priced with knowledgeable guides.

We stayed at the camp last year in November, had the time off my life. The atmosphere, the location and the room were perfect. We booked the superior suite, it was very spacious and the shower was also great with hot water. It did get quite chilly at night but Muhammad made sure extra blankets were left in the room. There was a few activities at the camp like sand boarding which was fun. Muhammad also organised star-gazing for us, the camel ride at sunrise and the dessert safari to watch the sunset. Staff were lovely and friendly. Overall great experience. Can’t wait to visit again.

This was a very quaint tourist Bedoiun style camp in the Wadi Rum desert. Off the beaten path-reminds me if a nice hostel vibe. Staff were extremely accommodating. And. They have lots of bottled water free to enjoy. We enjoyed stargazing (awesome! ), 4 hour jeep desert tour (awesome… but we did think we the waterfalls were included and found out later they are only in the 8 hour tour-miscommunication probably on both sides) and the camel ride (which as a first time camel rider was cool-but we were in a big clump of tourists on camels-I would pay more to not be on a big clump). Food was very good and plentiful. The ambiance is lovely at this camp-outdoor seating at tables and around a lovely fire area. I recommend this place!
2 things to note.
-we went in June — very hot month — it was way too hot to sleep inside! Even with all windows open-so we slept on our front patio under the stars!
-take cash! they don’t accept card payments and none of us could access internet for other forms of payment-we ended up driving to the visitor centre to get cash at the atm.

Seriously stop looking for an other camp! This is it. The stay was absolutely amazing. First of all, it is way off the main road, so properly located in wadi rum. Secondly the staff are brilliant, they make you feel at home, they offer fantastic food, Shisha, making good jokes, water and tea for free and all kinds of different tours. Thirdly the spot is legendary. Imagine if you book a 4x4 tour and you go to the spot to watch the sunset (like all the tours go to the same spot) the camp is right in front of this spot 😁

Absolutely magical experience at the Desert Magic Camp Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the breathtaking beauty of the desert landscape surrounding us.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing but extraordinary. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made us feel like honored guests. We were also treated to delicious meals.
The activities offered were diverse and exciting, from camel riding at the sunset to jeep tour around the desert and stargazing by the fire at night.
Overall, our experience at the Desert Magic Camp Resort surpassed all expectations. It's the perfect destination for anyone seeking an unforgettable desert retreat. We can't wait to return one day!

I had a mix up over camps — Muhammed and team came to my rescue! A relaxed yet efficient and professional camp. I did the 4 hour jeep ride and loved bucketing around the desert and seeing the changing light of sunset on the rock faces. The dinner was a delicious buffet with a generous range of options, as was breakfast. All in all, a very well organised camp run by an experienced team with great social spaces and excellent facilities. Highly recommend.

It's really magic place. Tents are beautiful and comfortable. Staff is kind and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and especially the local Bedouin dinner Zarb. We really recommend package "Enjoy the Dessert" with two nights stay and full day Jeep tour. We also took camel ride with sunset experience, it's amazing. Special thanks to the owner Mohammed and his team who welcomed us and treated as a family. It was very hard to leave the camp and we promised to come back again. Absolutely great resort. The staff were so kind and welcoming, great communication and good prices for rooms. The room itself was traditional Bedouin style however with a modern touch and very clean and comfortable. Dinner was an absolute highlight with traditional Bedouin cooking under the sand. We wished we could have stayed for longer and were gutted to leave. Shout out to Mohammed for taking us on the 2 hour jeep tour.
