Travelled to Wadi Rum for 1 night and day of activities in Sept 2019. Amazing experience! Omar was very knowledgeable and helpful and did everything he could to give us the best experience.

I had the best time here with my partner. This place is complete heaven. No noise, no lights, no pollution. Suleiman is very knowledgeable since he belongs to a Bedouin tribe.

Incredible experience. Beautiful surroundings. Soleiman was an incredible host. Helped us out with many things. Food was also delicious. Our tent was really nice with great panoramic view. Hot water.

I had a wonderful stay at City Tower Hotel. Thanks to the excellent service and the delicious breakfast buffet.

Polite and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice sea views. Cleaned every day. Tasty breakfasts, served on the top floor, also with a nice view of the bay.

Very nice camp… extra nice staff.
More care needs to be directed to the rooms in terms of cleaniness. Some room items need to be rennovated. Also there is big problem with mosquitos.

I spent 4 days in Jabal Rum and I fell in love with the location and the staff. They really treated me well! The owner, Anis, always made me feel at home, and the other guys were always kind.

I had a wonderful experience at this camp in Wadi Rum. The location is absolutely stunning – peaceful, quiet, and far away from any light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing.

I'll just get it out of the way and say the cabins are hot. The "tents" are actually cabins… cinder block walls with tent fabric draped over them.

This camp is tucked away in the Wadi Rum, just out of mobile phone range.

Its a great hotel the guy at the front desk was really nice clean hotel and it wasn't expensive at all and to top it off 5 mins away from the beach.

We only stayed one night, but it was clean and safe. It's located on a street back a bit from the shore of the lake, but Aqaba is small and it was easy to walk everywhere.

Amazing experience, very kind hosts! Showed us a personal cultural experience with great food, atmosphere and adventure! If you can choose anywhere in the desert this is the most memorable!

We join a tour April 2023, the tour was exactly as it was described to us. Transport, meals, tent, attractions, camel, etc. Very satisfied and an unforgettable experience. Thanks.

We had a fantastic time at Jamal Rum Camp 🥰 The people are full of smiles, joy, and boundless energy. They welcome you like family.

Everything was butter smooth. We asked for last minute arrangements and everything was done on the spot without any problem.

We were very satisfied in this camp. Communication worked well. People were very nice.

We are really happy that we chose the Mohammed Mutlak Camp! The location is amazing, it’s very quiet :) The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing, and huge portions!

Beds were very comfy. Air conditioning worked as intended. Bathrooms were brand new and modern. Breakfast, although minimal in selection, was pretty good.

Good last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel.
The beds were soft!

I did a recreational dive with Mick and Yousef and they were the best buddies, the dive Seven Sisters was beautiful and they were so patient and showed me everything! Always again!

We did not stay at the hotel, we booked one dive through trip advisor.
Our dive with Arab Divers, led by the skilled Yaseen, was a highlight of our Aqaba trip.

We spent a very pleasant few days at the Red Sea Dive Centre, including a day of diving and some much needed down time next to the pool.

Abdallah, Omar, Amer, and Hamzeh are an amazing team and showed us wonderful hospitality.
My kids truly enjoyed diving with them, and our stay at the hotel was also perfect.

It's my first-time in aqaba, and I stay here at hayatt, I love this place, the location hotel rooms, beach all was good, the only think I dont like was my room was far from amenities.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, nice, and well organized. The manager Mohamed was kind and very welcoming, and all the staff were professional and friendly.

I can see many not so good reviews but I really enjoyed myself! Yes the room was a little bit broken and dirty but the bedding was clean and the towels.

Ziad was really helpful and went above and beyond. Location is nice by the water and close to downtown. FYI the noise from the music is loud and goes late.

Abdallah made this place for me. Some good advice… take his advice. He sorted my trip to Wadi Rum. Sorted me out getting to the port. Sorted me out paying by card when I ran out of cash.

It was a great stay. The view was marvellous and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here on my next visit.

I absolutely adored my short stay in Aqaba and was delighted with the hospitality and service of the staff. Hotel is located in a very nice location with everything in easy reach.

We had a really great experience at this camp. Transfer from parking spot to camp was seamless. Took a 6hour jeep tour and our guide Abdullah was superb with his in depth local knowledge.

The location is too good. Just near the beach & local market. The owners are very friendly & kind. The rooms are too spacious and very clean.

Location is walking distance to everything. Host is amazing and gives great recommendations!

The experience is definitely unique, however I struggled with lack of information. It is my first time in a desert and I expected more information during the jeep safari.

Edit: for full transparency, the host was very insistent on a review before I left. I’m happy to share my thoughts, as they are my own, but the timing felt a bit forced.
