Orbit camp

The camp is fabulous. Nice view and nice staff. The dinner was amazing. The chicken and the lamb were cooked in the sand.
You should prepare for many mosquitoes!

The tents are old, with small bathrooms. We had mosquitos in the 2 tents of the family… There is a small city nearby with lights all night. The people are welcoming and the diner experience is interesting. I would not stay over there again…

This camp is easy of reach, with a great atmosphere and great food.
Experience Wadi Rum like no other, Sami and Mohammad were great. Mohammad arranged a tour at sunrise so the experience was perfect.
Highly recommended.

The team is great, the food is delicious and it is very quiet.

I think price-performance wise, you won't get a better deal than here. I called up so many camps (I'm a local). The deal I got here was the best.
The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, have terraces, and towels are provided.
The camp is in the protected area (red desert), not outside it.
There is Wi-Fi but it's rather weak.
The tents were all bubble (martian) tents.
The dinner (Zarb), was both Mutton and Chicken (many camps only do chicken).
Breakfast was good. There's a chef that's cooking eggs on demand however you like them done.
The jeep tour was good, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, it was 2 hours long and they charged us for the tour as a group and not per person (as some camps are charging per person, in order to take more money from you).

Excellent stay, Muhammed was very helpful and supportive. Accommodation was good, great value for money, dinner exceptional, breakfast fine. Would suggest to everybody. You can make all kinds of custom deals with them for site visits. Muhammed was funny and super awesome host! You can easily find their numbers on Instagram and reach directly for offers.

This is the second time I come to Jordan, I chose orbit camp again without doubt. Mohammad still remember me, he’s like an old friend who’s always willing to help. The room is clean and comfortable, air conditioner works very well. This camp is highly recommended.

The camp is run by family, Muhammad and his brothers are super friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioner, bathroom and fridge. Stunning view out side my room!
The camp also provides all ranges of Wadi Rum activities (jeep, camel, hot balloon) with reasonable price.
Dinner is traditional barbecue grill and is amazing!

The spot is perfect, food is amazing loved all they serve for breakfast and dinner especialy, only thing I missed is a coffe in the morning because we woke up very early to watch sunrise over the desert and coukdn't get any coffe anywhere.
And the tends culd use some maintainance and cleaner transperent part for the view because we come for it 😅
But all together was a great experience.

We stayed 2 nights at Orbit Camp in Wadi Rum and had the best time. We were recommended this place by our hotel in Aqaba and it exceeded our expectation. Other camps charge you separately for meals, transfers, excursions, etc but the rate we received included everything and was a good price. The facilities were excellent — the bubble tents were spotless, beds were comfortable, AC worked well, and bathrooms were clean. The staff was the best part! Orbit camp is a family run business with great hospitality. Special thanks to Salah for going above and beyond to ensure that we had a good time! We didn’t have a car so he helped us with transfers to catch the bus and the Journey through 1916 train ride. The dinner was delicious with lots of salad options. The sunset camel ride and jeep tours of Wadi rum which were both excellent and well organized. My experience at Orbit camp was wonderful and they felt like family by the time I left. I highly recommend them your next trip to Wadi Rum, they are simply the best!

As a solo traveler, I am meticulous about selecting accommodations. I did thorough research before deciding to stay in this camp, which is managed by an indigenous Bedouin family. The rate I got included round-trip transfers from the visitor center to the camp, a night in a bubble tent, a two-hour jeep tour, and dinner. They even provided me with some hummus and bread for lunch upon my arrival.
Salah picked me up at the visitor center in a 4x4 vehicle, and I arrived at the camp at noon. The jeep tour started at 5 PM and ended at 7 PM, just as the sun set, and then we returned to the camp for dinner. My experience has been wonderful; the hospitality of the people makes it feel like home.
I understand other camps charge for transfers to the visitor center, but Salah provided it for free. I took whatever vehicle was available, and his family drove me to the visitor center in what I called the "Bedouin taxi. " It was quite an experience!

The staff were respectful and helpful, being locals they knew the area well and were very friendly.
We booked two bubbles, and although one had a cleanliness issue in the bathroom leading to flooding during our shower, the staff were quick to offer us another bubble and apologized for the inconvenience.
They also organize reasonably priced trips within Wadi Rum with friendly locals.
Dinner was amazing, but breakfast was disappointing as there wasn't much food left when we arrived.
Overall, considering the good price and the respectful staff, I would recommend it for a one night stay but make sure to book a bubble with a newly renovated bathroom so you won’t face the same issue.

Hospitality and treats are very nice. Very kind people. Even though we arrived late, they arranged a very nice room, and while we were on the road, they constantly sent messages and checked in until we got there. They also reserved food for us and waited until late to serve it. When the police stopped us and asked for an entrance fee to the Wadi Rum area, they helped us by talking to the police on the phone. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no problem with hot water and air conditioning. They were very helpful with prices and many other issues. The safari tour they arranged was also very enjoyable. The desert camp that should definitely be preferred in this region is orbit camp.

Wadi Rum is a beautiful place to visit. But deserts can also be harsh and so you need a comfortable place to stay at Wadi Rum. Orbit provides you the same. The staffs were very friendly and food was great. We can enjoy the views of the beautiful rock formations the whole day from the bubble. There is a place for music and dance during the night. Chicken is prepared in traditional style (I am posting video of the same). Orbit is a great place to stay.
