The best camp in wadi rum, cooperative staff, everyone is fluent in speaking english, the camp manager / receptionist is fully dedicated person.
The camp is located at scenic site in wadi. E. Rum, surrounded by high & magnificent red coloured mountains, offer you the spiritual & magical experience.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this camp for anyone visiting WADI RUM 🐪 🏜

I camped at Wadi Rum many times but have never had a 5 Star experience and it was never even close to anything glamorous! Sun city camp changed that for me… it was amazing, truly heaven in the middle of the desert…. The camp is beautiful and the Bubble rooms are incredible; A five star hotel room with the most magnificent view…’Glamping’ at its best! The rooms were spotless and the common area was clean. The food was excellent, freshly made zarb ; meat and rice cooked for hours under ground… delicious! The best part of our stay was the service, every staff member we talked to was service oriented; helpful and attentive. It’s clear that customer service is a priority! Everything was top notch, I highly recommend this camp and will certainly be back!

Highly recommended! Staff is friendly, food is great, locatiin is breathtaking and entertainment is nice but not noisy like the surrounding camps! Definitely a must go to!

An Amazing place in the middle of the Wadi Rum Valley in Jordan.

Lovely and luxurious camp in Wadi Rum, the Marshall tents are like space capsules with electric supply, mini bar is full of free beverage, bathroom couldn't be better and beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely & tasty dinner being cooked the bedouin way (buried inside the desert sand). Great place for honeymooners or groups to experience something different in this part of the world.

Best Glamping Trip Ever! We immensely enjoyed our stay at Sun City Camp. The Martian tents have ac and they are clean with en suite bathrooms complete with running hot and cold water. The food was by far the best I’ve had and the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Sun City Camp and please do the safari to explore Wadi Rum and be treated to a nice cup of tea in a tent! Thanks to Sultan and his staff we had the experience of a lifetime!

Something new, totally new experience. I stayed in their new Martian tents. Pros: — Very clean, more than my expectations. — Food is really good “buffet” included with the room. “Full Board”. — Room bathroom is clean and towel is provided. — The water supply is perfect with good pressure. I know many people will ask about this. — AC is available. Cons: — nothing at all. Highly recommended.

Great place, easy to get to. Fantastic facilities, even in the middle of the desert. Really comfy beds, very clean and with great performance AC. Food was amazing and really good service. Drinks aren't too expensive. Just watch out for mosquitoes, so make sure you get some repellent spray/cream but apart from that was really awesome. Definitely recommend to others.

A nice place lacks details to be comfortable for example that the curtains can be tied from inside and outside to let in air.

Very nice and different. Lunch was decent and dinner was fantastic. If you Want to experience sleeping in the desert with amenities this is the place to do it in Jordan.

A good place to see diferents colours. A splendid place to see the different colors of the contrasts.

Camp with a really magical atmosphere within the Wadi rum desert. They hit in particular the "Martian" tents, real housings projected in the future, but they camouflage very well with the color of the sand. Inside a room with a very spacious bathroom, I dare say luxury seen the place where you are. All equipped with air conditioning and mini bar and fully functioning services, are worth the price paid. Very suggestive the buffet dinner, where they are served chicken and lamb cooked literally under the ground.

Phenomenal. Of all the hotels I've ever stayed at, this has to be top 5. Beautiful desert, amazing luxurious tents, incredible guided jeep tour, delicious food. It's also very kid friendly — the owner showed my kids how to feed the hotel cat. Don't miss the fresh juice! Also be sure to get to dinner early to see them dig food out of the Berber BBQ pit.

A Atentisimo staff, the best. But if you book the suites the showers that are from hydromassage do not have hot water, so it is not worth paying a little more for this type of rooms. Advise, or stay in the normal haimas or jump straight to the Mars tent.

There are camps in the whole area with shops much more austere still city, the amazing thing is to stay in the shops "Martian", all the people are super friendly and attentive. And the view and the place on the other hand spectacular in cold weather you have to wear good coat even though the shops are heated.

Place that I recommend to everyone, comfort of the rooms excellent, dinner with grilled meat cooked in the sand, very good. Spectacular ambience with a charm that everyone once must try, both day and night…

I thouroughly enjoyed my stay here. I loved the glamping experience. It came with running water. My favorite part was the little dance party/show that we had at night. A guy came out with a tray full of hot tea on his head and danced around. It was probably one of my favorite things about my trip to Jordan.

Great experience in the tents but one should opt for the bubble tents. Good food and good service.

We had a great experience there. The accommodation, the food, the drive into the desert. Really amazing and the manager was terrific. One slight, very slight criticism. They bring you fruit drinks and water, only to find out the next morning that a small fruit drink is 3JD and a small water 2JD. Just know that in advance. Otherwise, perfect.

Had an amazing experience at Sun City Camp. Management and staff are very helpful at making you feel at home in a place that is very different from any place I have ever traveled. Meals were outstanding and so interesting to see the Bedouin style of cooking. Tent was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this camp when visiting Wadi Rum!

Bedin experience with all the comforts. We stayed in the standard tent, with bathroom and shower in the room. I think they are doing some renovations because in the tent next to ours there was a closed shower with whirlpool:) As soon as you enter the scent of clean was very pleasant. Attention only to three things:
During the night they remove electricity and then charge the electronic devices first, turn it on again to 5 o'clock;
There is no hot water but avoid the peak hours for the shower;
Do not throw the toilet paper into the toilet or the sewer system is clogged. (as in the Greek islands, the paper goes to the trash)
The camp offers excursions in 4x4, with camel, rich buffet and the typical cooking of the meat in the sand!

A camp comfortable, at the foot of the road but with the feeling of being in the middle of the desert-. Highly recommended.

Nice place and nice staff. However, the accommodations have come down a bit.

The room very well, only missed the light of the bathroom, and the hot water for the shower took a long to arrive I guess because I had a long journey up to our cabin. They treated us very well, very sympathetic. Ok food, nothing spectacular, but sufficient. You can make a tea accompanied by a sisha (hookah flavor to fruits) in a part of the enclosure.

It's a great Bedouin camp! Very cozy, amazing bubble shops and great food! I totally recommend it!

A lovely place. Inside the tents can be very hot at noon and afternoon, so it is advisable to cover with wet towels while the fan is running. Amazing scenery. Recommended the camel Ride.

I can't express with words the experience of staying at Sun City Camp, Wadi Rum. It is the ultimate outdoors holiday stay which mixes sufficient to beautiful accommodation, plentiful activities and a unique dining experience while watching the endless night sky. Wadi Rum provides the visitor with a unique "Martian Experience". Visitors may ride a Jeep or camel deep into the desert, visiting the local Bedouin people for tea (and purchasing souvenirs) while admiring the unbelievable landscape. A local dinner is prepared with traditional methods, visitors commune together and eat as do the local Arabs — as one tribe. The local Bedouin people are very hospitable, humble and kind. This is an experience of a life time and this is a location worth making several (or possibly yearly) visits.

Sun City Wadi Rum was one of out highlights of our vacation. It was excellent. It was my birthday and they made it sure it was a special day. They was friendly, profectional, attentive, informative (a fountain of information on the history, geography, culture and traditions of the country), catered to every need from the food, service, accomadation, the sunset jeep tour, the billion stars in the sky was excellent. Abdulkareen Zawaideh and his brothers made us feel like family. It was without a doubt, one of the highlights of our vacation. We felt sad leaving at the end of our time and will cherish these memories of a lifetime. Definitely would give them my highest recomdation.

Great value for money We did the half day tour with overnight stay and we saw a lot of this beautiful landscape. Our guide said was very friendly and we really enjoyed his tour. In the evening, we sat under the stars and had a very delicious traditional meal with other travelers and smoked shisha with the suncity camp. I would highly recommend suncity camp for a tour of Wadi Rum as it is also great value for money.

Excellent camp in jordan We booked a tour with suncity camp in october and it was really a great experience. We did the half day tour with overnight stay and we saw a lot of this beautiful landscape. It was an amazing tour. Suncity camp was beautiful and Mohammad was a lovely and enthusiastic host. The first day Mohammad took us to many beautiful sites for hiking, and one spot for sand boarding (tip: choose the smaller sand dune, because walking up the dunes is exhausting and you'll only do it once on the bigger dune, would have been better to go up a couple times on the smaller dune). We stayed overnight in the camp which was very comfortable and were provided a delicious BBQ dinner. The camel riding the next morning was an experience! Fun but got quite uncomfortable until we learned how to ride style with crossed legs at the front. It was amazing to see the desert from the back of a camel but I wouldn't want to do more than 2 hours. suncity was very professional. Booking was easy, the guides excellent and the experience magical.

This was my second visit to Wadi Rum and I much, much preferred this. Said keeps the camp extremely small so that he can look after everyone, and it's right in the centre of Wadi Rum UNLIKE so many other camps that are on the outside/outskirts. Said replied to us in just a few hours, and quickly came back working around our schedule and arranging a two hour camel ride from the camp. This was great, and the tour guide was lovely. Don't go for more than 2 hours — you'll be in agony! In the evening there was lovely food and we were left to speak to other guests or enjoy walking in the desert on our own. Health Warning: This would be 5/5 save for the beds. Strongly suggest you bring a sleeping bag and extra pillow or something with heavy padding with you. We slept ok as the beds are so hard but the next day we were both unable to bend our backs, and whilst I have a bad back, my hyper-sporty boyfriend who never complains was in agony too. It went away after a day but just one to be aware of. HOWEVER despite this agony, I would still stay here over elsewhere. Rooms also have electricity and full shower/toilet, albeit cold shower. Everyone at the camp couldn't have spoken more highly of said. We arrived two hours early, but for said that wasn't a problem and he immediately came to pick us up. Whatever you do, make sure you ring him an hour before you get there and when you arrive so that another Bedoiun doesn't pretend to be said and take you to his camp.

““Superb Camp in the desert”” The tents and the rest of facilities were decorated with a lot of nice details and good taste. We had an excellent dinner (make sure not to eat before because there is a lot of good food) and then they put a fire pit with some music. One thing I was really astonished was the night view with millions of stars. Living all my life in big cities I could not believe what I saw.

““A Wonderful Experience”” Sun city camp is very impressive. We have never seen so many different colours in rock. The peace and tranquility of the desert and the silence particularly at night are amazing. The staff at the camp brought us extra matresses so we could sleep outside under the stars which was wonderful (although the desert does get pretty cold at night). The staff are all funny and charming, and the operation is run with courtesy and efficiency. We particularly admired the way all the people running the camp managed to combine being open, warm and friendly with maintaining their own authenticity and dignity.
