Good evening
I would like to share my bad experience at MENA HOTEL Aqaba, I don’t advise anyone to book in this terrible hotel!
Customer Servic was rude and inefficient. When we got there the rooms was not ready and receptionist was rude and not hospitable.
Towels and shoes for the bathroom were absent and the phone did not work.
For several hours the first day there was no water, the toilet, sink, shower. The receptionist was rude and unapologetic. The following day the water was again cut off we finally decided to leave the hotel period this is the first time this happened to me!
The best hotel good service also very clean I and my family had wonderful time.
