Review of Kempinski Hotel Amman 5*

I went to the pool with my 2 years old baby girl two weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect, we had a wonderful time, the pool was excellent and very clean. The staff were extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. A week later “last Saturday “ I decided to go again with my daughter, and this time I was really disappointed. Before getting in the pool I noticed that the water was not clear, so I asked one of the staff about that and he assured me that it is normal and it will cl…ear up very soon, I don’t know why I believed him, but we got into the pool and unfortunately it was absolutely disgusting. Plastic cups, hair, floating insects, pieces of fabric adding to that the horrible smell of Chlorine. I felt unsafe and was really worried to my daughter’s health. So I approached the same staff and told him about what I was seeing in the pool. And then and only then he informed me that there was a pool party the night before. I was furious, if you know that your pool is unclean why you open it to the public, I paid 25 jds for this! Just imagine convincing my 2 year old to get out of the water after a couple of minutes. She started crying and I felt stuck. I stayed in the pool dead worried that my daughter will swallow the water from the pool and I am sure she did, and left as soon as she got tiered and accepted to go out of the pool. Because of that short time period spent there I couldn’t complain more or ask for a refund so we went home really disappointed, it is really a shame the different experience between the first visit to the second one.
