0/5 terrible. I had the unfortunate situation of being forced to stay at this dump due to a delayed flight. This hotel is so disgusting I wouldn’t wish it upon my enemy. The bedding appeared to not be clean with hairs and stains throughout and in general the room was just gross. I checked in at 03:00am and at 07:00 a man from reception woke me up by aggressively pounding on the door and trying to enter my room. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? It was the least professional act I’ve ever experienced and honestly it was terrifying for me. Then, when we were ready to go to the airport we weren’t allowed. The hotel only has one shuttle so we had to wait 2 hours for them to group all of the passengers together and send us over like a heard of sheep. No organization. Oh, and they don’t offer free Wi-Fi. It’s 2018 what kind of piece of trash hotel doesn’t offer free Wi-Fi. Best wishes to anyone forced to experience what I went through and if you have a choice… stay as far away as possible from the horrendous place.

Quiet, close to the airport and safe. The staff was prompt to check me in. Shuttle is at door 2 and runs 24h. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice and somebody cooking omelettes. I'd recommend it for a stop after or before flying. Internet works ok.

0 star actually. We had a 14 hours layover and we transfered to this socalled hotel. We were put in a room where it smelled sewer in the whole room, carpet not vaccumed and stained, sheets not cleaned nor changed, pillows smell from previous occupants, toilet seat stained, tiles had soap marks everywhere, the toilet light burnt, the main door handle has never been cleaned in its life. We went and complained and they changed us to similar room downstairs but this time ac barely working. We ran it and by 2 a. M (6 hrs thru) I called to tell them we are incinerating and nobody can sleep. The maintenance guy pop up in 5 mins and open the vent hood to adjust temperature and promise it will work. The room was cooler after 4 hrs when we were ready to leave. Dinner buffet was ok for variety but tasteless and poorly prepared. We had to ask to have bowls and spoons for the soup. Don't expect any type of service. Honestly, sleeping at the airport carpet would have been better than stayig at this filthy location. Btw Wi-Fi is 20$ USD per day! and this filth hole is supposed to be 5 stars hotel.

The staff are generally OK. I only had one incident when my flight got canceled, their attitude was horrible and I had to submit an official complaint. The Petra lounge serves nice food.

Good for a quick transfer but outside that I would not stay here if avoidable.

Do not book in this hotel it was oval because of my family stayed one day at the hotel and told me the service was so bad. In addition, the staff was not friendly at all. Also they don't give the right policy to the customers.

Unfriendly staff, broken AC across the entire floor, only gives out one key card per room.

Staff completely unhelpful and food/drink very overpriced.

Everything in here is so over priced, rooms makes you feel you live in the 60’s, the fridge is empty not even water in it, if you need water to drink you pay for it, food variety less than average. This thing its like an average motel in the US. To turn on the lights you have to twist the light bulbs. No enough plugs. I hate it…

No place or wait quietly departing from this airport, medium waiting room.

My stay in this hotel wasn’t pleasant. I was coming back from Montreal on RJ and had a 7h layover. I checked in the hotel and the hotel smelled weird. The bed was okay. There was a half drunk bottle when I entered my room and I was really confused and disgusted. I slept for a few hours then when to breakfast. Going to breakfast in the halls was a weird smell again. The breakfast was good though. The Wi-Fi is horrible. I connected to it and couldn’t do much. Not even message on messenger. I would rather you stay in a lounge in the airport or stay for a bit in the Petra lounge hotel. Only use this hotel if desperate.

Usually a crowded place as it is the only hotel inside queen alia international airport area. The buffets are decent. Rooms are average but I noticed some floors are better than others like 1st an 2nd floors are below average. Pool and gym are great. Wedding hall is awesome. Employees are helpful but not experienced. U can tell they hire students or fresh graduates with no proper training as soon as you communicate with them.

I just love this place. I couldn’t believe all of the colorful soil collections on the walls and in the corners. A lot of people complain, yet they think it’s fun to sleep in the desert, yet you can do that right here.

Just returned from an 11 Day tour of the Holy Land 11/15/17 and we spent our last night at this hotel. The room had clean sheets (and ify at that) but that's about it. The bathroom was filthy, stains on the tiles, looked like a workers bathroom. The carpet was dirty and the room smelled like smoke. Also, anywhere you go in Jordan they smoke… a lot! The smell is over bearing at times. Not sure to what standard they go by but I was glad to be there only a few hours.

Avoid at all costs, if your in transit pay for a visa and go elsewhere. Staff are ALL incompetent the place is an absolute joke. We had an 18 hour transit and needed to stay the day to just rest and wash up (no high expectations whatsoever) we went to the cafe and to pay our bill we needed to walk with the server to the other side of the hotel? Secondly we paid around $30CA per person for their “dinner lbuffet” nothing special at all and again once we paid our meal we had to stand there for 10 minutes (no exaggeration) for someone else to go run and get our change from somewhere. The coffee cup in our room had coffee on the outside of it as though it was just lightly washed with water or wiped before being put back. We paid $250 Canadian to stay in a room with no running water in the sink or shower (you read that correctly) we called to report the issue three times and to no avail; each time being told someone would come up shortly. When we came downstairs to check out after not having our issue looked at I requested to speak with a manager; this is where it becomes unbelievable. Everyone saying there is no manager and that they are the responsible one and they would look into it and then continued to be ignored after 4 times of the same routine I realized they were not taking us seriously and would hoped we would be rushed out by the shuttle bus.

On Thursday Sept 15th at 4 pm the front desk tried to rip off a lady with her kids and told her that she need to take a extra room for the kids because the room only for 2 people. I can not post the picture of the room here but it has 3 beds.

Excellent place for vacation. Lovely pool and gym. Air-conditioning shuts down when leaving your room, so it gets too warm when you return and it takes a while for room to get cool. They should think of a way to keep air-conditioning running whilst one is out of the room. Everything is very expensive at hotel.

Terrible English with some of the staff, tacky decor and visible dirt/filth in some areas. If you're landing very late at night/early morning and only plan to be here for a few hours or quick nap, then it's fine. Otherwise, avoid at all costs. Definitely not a good first impression of Jordan.

Absolutely horrible … I believe everyone has a bad day and I never wrote a review in my life but After spending two whole days here… well I will never book here ever again … no customer service what so ever … all the cafes and restaurant take an hour minimum to take your order… not have it ready but to take it… I ordered overpriced coffee 3 times each day and took them 1hr — 1 1/2 hr atleast to bring it to my room I ordered milk for my youngest and they forgot it and then they brought it 30 min after I already waited an hour… we were not allowed outside cause they overbooked events in there hall. So they took outside and the pool and the playgrounds and closed it off at 4 in the afternoon… I have 3 kids and non over the age of 5 and they stayed cooped up in a room for two days… and when I went to talk to a manger … someone came up and had the audacity to say you booked just the rooms… this is a resort or so called resort you idiot and and when I booked … your website clearly stated free Wi-Fi. Shuttle service to the airport and all amenities such as the pool, cafe and gym… and my email said the same open confirmation. I paid $420 for two night and spent another $400 between food and stuff at the gift shop… and I didn't once say I don't want to pay … but I expect is a little customer service for my money … there was no management… no direction… nothing… I swear a bunch of clowns can run this place better.

Comfortable, clean and simple.

Stayed during transit with Royal Jordanian Airlines. Clean, average rooms. Air conditioning not cooling, room is a bit warm even for this time of year. Front desk check in efficient and they gave us several 24 hour Wi-Fi codes for each device. Due to transit we were fed lunch, dinner and breakfast, buffet style. Plain open dining area in need of some attention and an update. Food was hot and pretty good. Very close to airport and has a shuttle. If staying in Amann for extended period I would choose another hotel. Seems to be a lot of Transit flyers and travelers staying. If you are flying with Royal Jordanian Air and find your flight cancelled or long layover go to Transit desk and they will assist.

You have to pay for a Wi-Fi account, costs USD 5 per hr. Full of water stain on toilet seat cover, they can't be cleaned. Water stuck in shower tank.

Absolutely horrible hotel! We came in at 8:00 in the morning and they refused to give us our room that was paid for and reserved. They claimed that the room was only for 1 person and that there were no visitors allowed! Since our flight was at 1am we wouldn't even be spending the night. My mother had to stay in the room and we had to wait in the lobby for 10 hours until our flight. We were not allowed to go up and see her. However if we paid an extra $200 the visiting policy magically vanishes. It's very sad that they ruined our trip just for a few extra bucks! A very disappointing hotel and I do not recommend it at all!

For its price range, Amman Airport Hotel falls way below average of what one would expect for such place. One, the Wi-Fi is only 10 hours. It is normally unlimited in other hotels I have been to in Jordan. If you want more Wi-Fi then you have to pay. Two, I found out I have a friend who is flying into Jordan at 4pm while I was supposed to fly out at 2am. Knowing I would leave by 11pm, I thought why don't I let him use my room for the night? Well turns out the hotel does not allow extra guest due to "security reasons". However, if you were to pay 50JOD (USD 70) for the extra person, then this "security reasons" magically vanishes. My room is clearly a double occupancy room. There are two separate beds and two sets of towels and amenities. I don't see any reason why they would not let one extra person in, aside of pure greed from the hotel management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL! Stay away, far far away.

I have been to this hotel and the location directly in the airport and they are terrible & overpriced! the beds are like bricks, the furniture is falling apart, the Internet was not working for over 24 hours, and the AC was broke all night leaving the room unbearable to sleep in! And when they say they will fix something its a lie they have never fixed anything ever! save your money and just sleep in a chair at the airport…

The fact they charge you based on your nationality. Sad because they really ask you what's your nationality at the desk before paying. They have different rates for different nationalities. I don't recommend anyone to ever come here. Horrible service.
