In this small city, a few of high class hotel. The location near the station is really important. If you choose far place, you must walk a lot or get taxi. There are drink spots and pubric Sentou near hotel. You can feel more peaceful local town.
Nice but it's very old fashioned. No temperature controlled ac. No power outlet near the bed. The staff is really helpful though.

Stayed in April 2017 — Great view of tsuruga-jo! Free breakfast was great, & staff was friendly. Also, it is very close to the station! The only downside is, it looks quite old, and I'm not sure if our air didn't work or if we just couldn't figure it out, but it was cool so we just slept with the window open.
