Family of 4. We did not stay at the hotel but we came to USJ and were exhausted by the end of the day. I also have a compression fracture in my spine a few months before I came to osaka so I was not in the best condition. We approached the hotel concierge to help us call a taxi back to our airbnb and their hospitality is superb. A trainee by the name of Kim was very polite and made sure we were taken care of until the very moment our taxi starts driving off. Definitely recommend.

Everything is nice and clean. Staff are polite and respectful. The hotel is located right I the middle of all the shops and restaurants, and as close to the USJ gate as you can get.

Nice rooms, but of fashioned with a physical key that you had to turn in if you leave the room. Free coin lockers in the basement was nice.

It's located at the Universal City Walk area. Only a minutes walk from Universal Studio and Universal City Station. There is a convenience store and many good restaurant near here. I love the comfortable bed and the only minus thing for me is that they don't provide shower cap.

It's a good trip, I very like this hotel, it have me a good night, next time I will choice there again.

The room was nice and the customer service was great for keeping my luggage. I was going to do a late checkout for only 1000yen an hour which was only two but for some reason the elevators were going to be serviced. So I wasn't allowed to extend my stay even though when I returned around the time that they were being serviced it seemed to have been finished. I was just getting ready to relax when they had given me the okay only to be called 30 minutes later that it wasn't possible and also that I only have 30 minutes to vacate my room as the elevators would stop and I'd be stuck on the 9th floor.

The air conditioning did not work the first night and barely worked the other two nights. Beds were uncomfortable and hurt our backs to the point we had tensions headaches everyday. The price was extremely high for what we received. The only good thing about the hotel was its location. I cannot see giving this hotel another chance unless and amazing deal came our way in order for the hotel to make emends for the experience.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was SO CLOSE to Universal Studios. The only part I did not like was bed, it was very hard.

This is a pretty typical 3 star place. Beds are a little hard. The service is great. And the amneties are also pretty nice to have.

Got a double room that was relatively cheap compared with other neighbor hotels (like it's the last one on promo). We really just wanted a room where we can sleep comfortably. Thought it was value for money but it was not. We arrived mid afternoon, turned up their "a/c" to high then stepped out and walked around. Went back 7pm and the room was very warm. We complained at the front desk. First of all, they don't speak English very well. They found it hard to explain but basically, we can't control room temperature. They said it's "centralized" and what we can only control is the fan (low to high). If we want a cooler room, we need to open our window. They didn't even bother to tell me that they will check with their maintenance if they can do something to make the room temp cooler. We've stayed in other hotels with centralized A/C and although we don't exactly get what we want, we really know that it's A/C is working because it becomes cooler or hotter at different times of the day. For me, they advertise A/C but this doesn't seem really like A/C and would consider this false advertising. Since we have to keep the window open, we can hear the noise from City Walk louder until late. Then, I was awoken by this loud howling sound around 130am. I thought it was the wind outside but only to find out it was their ventillation! And it went on for maybe 30minutes. Then it happened again around 330am!

The lady who helped us with our luggage and checked in for us on the same day was very impatient, and when I heard that I had picked up my face in English, I was reminded that I had changed (and did not apologize). Make it feel uncomfortable to stay in the first place. Although the hotel hardware and meals are very good, but the staff need to strengthen.

The cleanness of the room need to be improve alot, since as for the 3 days im staying in the hotel, I believe the room was not properly cleaned, what I notice it was not being vacuum at all, only removing the thrash, making up the bed and changing the towel.

Great value for the money, especially if you're visiting Universal Studios Japan.

It was covered in Universal Studio Japan fashion at some sense, so fancy. However the room itself is pretty normal.

All you can eat buffet dinner, lunch at very reasonable price.

Adequate, in-theme with the rest of the walk. It has everything you'd expect from a modern hotel, but it somehow lacks the atmosphere of a higher-class hotel. I suspect the cheesy glintz and highly sound reflective interior is the cause.
