Good price, good service, great location.

Good location near to Shin-imamiya railway station and Dobutsumae Subway station. There are airport direct railine for both Nankai and JR and hotel sell discounted ticket for Nankai. We stay in double room and it is spacey with some basic ammenities and equipments, at par with the low price they offered. There are no private bathroom and the public bathroom is located only at level-1, so is a bit inconvenient and need to wait especially at peak hours. There are toilet and sink at every level. They offer free tea, coffee, hotwater and drinking water. There are huge led TV at the lounge although the sofa is running down.

Cheap minimum style room that is clean, comes with heating/cooling unit, a fridge and tv. If you went to save money then stay here. When I come back to Osaka I will stay here again. Washroom is shared/common. Haven't used the showers but they are supposed to be private.

Cheap traffic Convenient hotel counter staff is very enthusiastic, suitable for the budget of the traveler! Next to the hotel is the convenience store across the street is Don Quijote in the shop shopping very convenient! Walking hundreds of meters is a lot of food and good restaurants near the new world! CP value is very high!

It's cheap, clean. Tea and coffee at will.

Near to Shin-Imamiya Station & Dobutsue-mae subway station. Just 5 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo. Clean and helpful staff. There is kitchen at ground floor, free coffee and tea.

Good location near subway station and JR station.

Hotel is clean but too noisy as the train is passing through from early in the morning till mid night.

They staff are accommodating for example should you find the bed roll uncomfortable simply ask and an extra pad will be in your room when you return.

For the price we pay, this had to be a great value for money. Recommended!

Nice budget accommodation. Reasonable utilities for its low price. Subway/train access is also great. The security problem around here is a downside.

This is a budget place, never get that wrong. But the room was way larger than I expected from what I paid and there was a lot of extra stuff not charged for.

Very cheap accommodation, small room with tatami mats on the floor. A futon and duvet are provided in the cupboard which you pull out at night to sleep on. It can be noisy at night when people are moving about. Not great for light sleepers. The area is a little bit rundown by Japanese standards. However as Japanese standards are so high it still feels safe and clean. The local rail station is just round the corner making it highly accessible. As an added bonus Spaworld is within a 5 minute walk. For about ¥1000 you can relax in fabulous spas in the European or Babylonian styles.

Pros: Very near to JR 新今宮駅 and 地鉄動物園前駅, there is a very large and new 驚安之殿堂behind this place, convenience store is nearby, a lively living room and friendly staff Cons: old facilities, the gap under the room door is quite big which may become a source of noise and insect at night, noise from JR trains can be heard slightly.
